The hotel is located only minutes away from the shopping district and fantastic restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was exceptional! The food and cocktails at the hotel was also very good. I will certainly stay there again when I return to Seattle!

The staff at the Renaissance could not have been more friendly and helpful. The concierge in particular (Jeff Lynk) went above and beyond to accomodate us and provide an amazing experience to help us enjoy Seattle, all the while with a big smile. I'm a frequent traveler so I know that staff can make or break an experience, and these... More

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Everyone was very friendly from the door man to the room service delivery person. The rooms were nice and clean and also had a refrigerator. Nothing particularly special but well maintained. The beds were a little "bouncy" but surprisingly comfortable to me as I don't really like firm beds. Location was... More

The hotel has a nice location, only 10-15 mins from Pike Place. We had a corner suite and the views were good but the room was small. Very narrow, but clean and mostly comfortable. We were there on a conference so it was only a quick visit. The chips and onion dip at the bar were probably the highlight of... More

Dear Eric, Thank you so much for staying with us during your conference. I am sorry you did not enjoy your conference as much as you would like have. In general we do not have a problem with taxis up front, we do usually have enough of them, but at times during a citywide convention the demand in the city... More

Just average. Long lines at check in and the room was nothing special. It was clean but I think better for the business traveler than a couples get a way. I don't think i would stay there again. I prefer a few of the other downtown hotels for being a little closer to the action and more friendly.

Overall decent sized room with good ambience. However, bathroom was on the small side and could do with more luxurious touches and have a shower too rather than just a bath tub. The rooms were also very well insulated ( in terms of sound proofing) and did not notice the sound from the interstate, albeit I stayed on the 10th... More

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 days here! Pros 1) Food - wonderful and a good variety in the menu. The bread pudding dessert was to die for, I must have had that every night. 2) The gym was perfect, it contained all the latest equipment and apparatus that I would typically use at home. 3) customer service - the staff... we picked the Renaissance due to the weekend special they are running. It was the same price as the courtyard, however, the area seem to have less homeless around compared to the courtyard. It was right next to the highway; however, we have room facing the water side so it did not bother us at all. The room is average... More

A welcoming, delightful place to stay with city wide views of Seattle. The bar is nice, the food is ok, not great. The staff is friendly and courteous. A short walk to Pikes Market and downtown. Ideal location.
