In Seattle in business from Australia. The shittest Wifi in the history of hotels with Wifi. Asked the staff is there was a better connection and just got rudeness. The phones in the room didn't work properly, again more rudeness. Not what you expect from such a respected chain. Travel around the world and will not stay at a Marriott... More

I am in Seattle on a regular basis and this is a hotel I have stayed at before with mixed experience. I like the location, the concierge lounge and the rooms are decent - though the upholstered chairs are beginning to look worn. Housecleaning does a nice job cleaning the room. Lighting, outlets etc...are great. The fitness center is open... More

Reasonable location (if you don't mind a few walks up hills!) and it's a standard chain hotel with the usual facilities and food options etc, however I do think the hotel seems a bit tired and in need of a refresh. I would return however there are nicer hotels in the downtown area, so much would depend on the rate... More

This is my third time staying in the hotel and I am impressed with the service in the Maxwell's restaurant. I admired the friendliness, hardwork and consistent excellent service of the crew in that restaurant. I met Diego, Ken and Talitha... They were all really great at their job. what i admired the most is their personal touch, showing the... More

We stayed here one night in May 2015, before embarking on an Alaskan cruise from the port in Seattle. The hotel is lovely - rooms quiet and well appointed. Very comfy bed. Fresh coffee in the Lobby. Within walking distance of Pike Place and lots of shops and restaurants in the general area. We had to cab it to the... More

Just the perfect location, walking distance to both stadiums, close to great restaurants and set back just enough so that is is very quiet. Staff here are outstanding, upon our arrival they inquired as to the reason for our visit, we mentioned it was our anniversary and without hesitation we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite, which we did not... The hotel was aklmost in city but If you want to access by walking in Madison, bit tiring of the steep hig roads of Seattle. Rooms are excellant and neatr and clean. Thank you for staying with us and your nice comments about our hotel. The location of the hotel is clearly in the center of town. A short walk from the shopping area and Pike Place market. I have been staying at this property for over 20 years! Great location, away from some of the Riff-Raff of Seattle. Close enough to Pike Street and other great restaurants. Excellent Staff and facilities... Great exercise room, and if you are fortunate enough to visit the Concierge floor, food and view are excellent! Rooms quiet, water side preferred, and very... More
