I didn't want to stay at the Renaissance due to it's distance from the Convention Center, but I'm glad I did. The six block walk to the convention center is all downhill and gives one the opportunity to check out the shopping and fine dining along the way. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and courteous staff.... more

We love staying at Marriott's, but this was our first time at The Renaissance. What a great hotel! We stayed in one of the Executive Suites on the 23rd floor in the SW corner. We had great views and weren't bothered by the I-5 traffic. Room service was fantastic...the food and the service. We had breakfast delivered every morning (we... more

Very clean, very helpful and nice staff that seem so happy. When I checked out super early to catch my 7 am flight, I rushed out of my room and left my earrings. When the hotel, they found them in the room for me and arranged to have them shipped for free!! This hotel is in a great location to... more

We had a great rate to stay here and knew Renaissance is Marriott's luxury hotel brand. The hotel turned out to exceed our needs. We were staying for just a nice before driving to Canada. The hotel shows that it's recently been renovated with great furniture throughout the lobby and guest room. The staff is really friendly even though we... more

Spent 2 nights and was very pleased with very friendly service, updated comfortable rooms. We were in a west facing room and had no complaints about noise. Parking was $30 + $5 taxes which seemd very pricey. more

I stayed here in the Fall for a conference. The hotel was chosen for its "green" practices, which are commendable and worth a mention. Like most places, they still have a ways to go in that direction, but they have many practices that go beyond just low flow toilets and not changing the sheets and towells every day unless asked.... more

Hotel is convienently located downtown. Walking distance to Pike's market, the Wharf and to Qwest Field or Safeco Field. Rooms are nice and clean. Nice open lounge area downstairs that serves Starbucks ($). Staff very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the fridge in the room and it was fixed right away. If you can get a room on... more

This hotel received a nice update with the recent renovation. Lots of vibrant colors in the rooms, lobby, and restaurant/lounge. Unfortunately didnt get to take advantage of the top floor lounge because we ran out of time. The biggest wow was the exceptionaly friendly room service attendant who brought us wine as well as cheerful smiles for my wifes birthday.... more

I was a bit concerned about our hotwire find ($100 total mid-week) after reading reviews. However, this hotel was right up to Renaissance standards. Yes, it is right next to I-5, but just request a room on the west-side & for us it was far more quiet than another hotel we'd stayed at which was blocks away from I-5. They... more
