This started with friendly staff upon registration and then my room was clean as expected. Was comfortable bed the normal good stuff. The place is connected to a good and large pub that served a lot of variety of draft beers. Also connected was a breakfast type café with pastries and drinks. Only complain I had was the room was... I originally booked a queen ("cozy" room) but ended up with an unexpected work project and needed a desk. They upgraded me no charge to a King room. My main priorities for a room are: location, comfy bed, hot shower, free wifi, and coffee. All passed with flying colors! Couldn't ask for a better location I walked everywhere. The bed... More

The other reviews had rated this hotel quite poorly thus I was initially hesitant to book here. I still ended up booking here because it offered a 2-room family suite at a reasonable price. I took the Sound Transit from Everett and it stopped a block from the hotel. If you are coming from the SeaTac Airport, the hotel is... More

The hotel is located downtown and close to the sound. Our room had two double beds that were very comfortable. The room and bathroom are very small. We had great water pressure and loved the rain showerhead in the tub. My biggest issue was with noise. We could hear everything going on in the rooms around us, conversations, coughing, toilets... We stayed at this facility last weekend and for the most part were satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was great and the staff was friendly. The only complaint was waking up at 5am to the deafening sound of trucks backing up, honking horns and loud crashes. I have no idea what was going on but it... More

This hotel is located right next to the Seattle Library. It is in a great location. Checked in a little early, and the staff as extremely nice and helpful. They offer valet parking, however there was no attendant when we pulled up, however the parking garage is right next door. The room was nicely sized, but the restroom was a... More

We stayed at The Executive Hotel Pacific for one night after a week long Alaskan cruise. The check in staff and doorman were extremely nice and very helpful. When we walked into our room we were hit in the face with extreme heat. I asked the doorman if the A/C worked and he said that it did not. Apparently the... More

Thank you for staying with us and I'll thank the staff and doorman for taking such great care of you! I'm terribly sorry for the heat issues in the room. It is a system that is either heat or A/C and we are right at the cusp of switching over. Definitely turning off the unit, opening the window, and having... More

Hotel is a bit run down, it was being renovated while I was there, but the staff were amazing. The doorman and reception staff were so helpful, the joined cafe made great coffee. Location was just brilliant, right in the middle of town but still very quiet at night. Only gripe I had was one of the elevators were offline... More

Great location. Check in staff was rude and acted surprised I had a reservation. Room adorable! Nicely renovated. Unfortunately, it was incredibly hot and the fan only blasted hot air. The window had to be opened and held up by the ice bucket b/c it was broken. The WiFi was unreliable. No one at the desk to check out.

Smallish bedroom, and common area. Bathrooms very small, no counters. Nicely decorated. Good staff. 2 restaurants with easy access to hotel. Nice happy hour with wine hotel. Don't stay on spring street side if you can avoid it, noisy. Good location.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave us a review. We truly appreciate your comments. We definitely are in the heart of downtown which can be noisy at times but puts us in a wonderful location. Thank you, Woody Braden - General Manager More
