I was very dissatisfied with this hotel . The room smelt so bad. Old smoke and mould . The place was very dated. I would not recommend this place. Overpriced for what it was. The bed was very comfy but the linen , ie . the duvet cover hadn't been changed and had stains on it. Quite disgusting. The positives... More

My wife and I were really amazed at how quite the room was and how comfortable the queen bed was in our room. The locations was also perfect, got to look out upon the central library! We would return, felt it was a good value (although we didn't get to try the wine tasting). The staff were super helpful and... More

Staff was nice, but the man checking us in told us nothing about any of the extra things you get for staying there, like complimentary wine tasting and where to eat. How can you not tell your guests about that?! I heard another staff person telling a guest about everything so luckily I asked and got to enjoy those kinds... More

Next door to the Weston and Fairmont, the location could not be better. Reasonable rates - a true 3 star hotel in a 5 star district. The rooms are smallish, but who spends much time there? Expensive parking aailable next door. The queen size bed was comfortable. Front desk staff helpful. Safeco. and CenturyLink Fields are easy walks as is... More

Thank you for leaving your comments, from our location, comfortable beds, and helpful staff. Please do utilize our Valet Parking, which allows full in and out privileges at a much better overnight rate than the public garage next door. We look forward to your next visit to Seattle, thank you for staying with us. Ron Hofilena General Manager More

I stayed in this hotel while attending a conference at the Convention Center. It's an older hotel and athough there where some modern updates, it still felt old. The doors were sticking. The closet door would not close. The bathrooms are very small. There were some large stains on the carpet. The dresser drawers smelled old and musty. The room... More

Robert, Thank you for leaving your comments. I do apologize for the sticking doors and lack of Air Conditioning. Our building was build in 1928 and has the capacity for Cooling (summer) or Heating (winter) October and the first half of November are our transitional months and as of 11/12 it feels like winter outside. This past year we have... More

As noted by other reviewers the rooms are on the small side and yes, the bathrooms are pretty difficult to negotiate, especially for a larger stature person. It is definitely not a hotel which could be considered accessible for persons with physical challenges as there are stairs to negotiate to get to the elevator. The elevators are quite rapid -... Yes the hotel is old but it is situated right downtown. I booked a room at the last minute for 1 night and was happy to be downtown. This was the least expensive hotel I could find and got a great deal. The staff at the front desk and the bellman were so helpful and nice (because of them I... More

First off I pull up late at night on a huge steep hill. Only valet parking oh which is $35 a night by the way. Anyhow I get checked in up to my room and set my stuff in there. I left to go get some dinner. This building is very old, the door framing to each room causes the... More

I booked this hotel through Expedia. I had a conference in Seattle one night. Air+Hotel. I'm not sure how much of the overall price went to the Hotel and how much went to the Airfare. But lets concentrate on the Hotel. Upon arrival from the airport, only 30 min away and right in the middle of downtown, it seemed like... More

Thank you for providing us with your comments and for mentioning our friendly knowledgeable staff and our location to the convention center. I would NEVER stay here again and I would warn people not to either. The room was horrible! The window came off of its hinges when trying to open in. The second day, housekeeping never even came to clean up the room. The worst part, being charged almost double the price I booked the room at. I am currently still... More
