I was trying to be optimistic. But right from the get go I was disappointed. Amenities are non-existent. For $364 per night you would expect certain things. A quiet room, air conditioning that worked, an in room fridge, plumbing that worked and WIFI THAT WORKED but unfortunately not. The wifi was non-existent , plumbing backed up in shower, no fridge,... When we entered the tiny room we noticed the window was open but the room was stuffy. Tried air conditioner unit. Didn't work. Front desk reports they are in the process of "switching over from heat to air and it takes a few days." They apologized for forgetting to tell us at check in. What about when we'd made the... More

This hotel is in a great location and close to many places of interest for me. I could walk to the office, go see a show at the 5th Avenue Theater, and go to numerous restaurants in the area. I had high hopes. I wasn't enthusiastically greeting when I got in, but I'm fine with that. The room is a... More

This started with friendly staff upon registration and then my room was clean as expected. Was comfortable bed the normal good stuff. The place is connected to a good and large pub that served a lot of variety of draft beers. Also connected was a breakfast type café with pastries and drinks. Only complain I had was the room was... I originally booked a queen ("cozy" room) but ended up with an unexpected work project and needed a desk. They upgraded me no charge to a King room. My main priorities for a room are: location, comfy bed, hot shower, free wifi, and coffee. All passed with flying colors! Couldn't ask for a better location I walked everywhere. The bed... More

The other reviews had rated this hotel quite poorly thus I was initially hesitant to book here. I still ended up booking here because it offered a 2-room family suite at a reasonable price. I took the Sound Transit from Everett and it stopped a block from the hotel. If you are coming from the SeaTac Airport, the hotel is... More

The hotel is located downtown and close to the sound. Our room had two double beds that were very comfortable. The room and bathroom are very small. We had great water pressure and loved the rain showerhead in the tub. My biggest issue was with noise. We could hear everything going on in the rooms around us, conversations, coughing, toilets... We stayed at this facility last weekend and for the most part were satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was great and the staff was friendly. The only complaint was waking up at 5am to the deafening sound of trucks backing up, honking horns and loud crashes. I have no idea what was going on but it... More

This hotel is located right next to the Seattle Library. It is in a great location. Checked in a little early, and the staff as extremely nice and helpful. They offer valet parking, however there was no attendant when we pulled up, however the parking garage is right next door. The room was nicely sized, but the restroom was a... More

We stayed at The Executive Hotel Pacific for one night after a week long Alaskan cruise. The check in staff and doorman were extremely nice and very helpful. When we walked into our room we were hit in the face with extreme heat. I asked the doorman if the A/C worked and he said that it did not. Apparently the... More

Woody B, General Manager at Executive Hotel Pacific, responded to this review

Thank you for staying with us and I'll thank the staff and doorman for taking such great care of you! I'm terribly sorry for the heat issues in the room. It is a system that is either heat or A/C and we are right at the cusp of switching over. Definitely turning off the unit, opening the window, and having... More
