Stayed at the Executive on the way to Alaska. Found the hotel is be clean and staff were very helpful. Gave us some great tips. Very convenient to shops, the Pike Market and the mono rail. Would stay here again if we visit Seattle for a second time.

Hotel shows its age, despite a few improvements from earlier years. Room are small with little area in which to sit. But the location is excellent, and the staff is very helpful. The room is functional, but no more than that. Living up to its name, the hotel not only has Wi-Fi, but also a couple of computers attached to... More

The hotel was in a good location however there was no a/c apparently it is an old hotel and all rooms run off same a/c the windows were open and that just made it muggy feeling due to the rain...the staff were very apologetic...and they made up for the one night of discomfort...

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your impression of the hotel. I'm thrilled that the great staff made up for the warm room. We are switching our system over to AC today so we will not be experiencing this issue in the future. I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Very best, Woody Braden More

I was trying to be optimistic. But right from the get go I was disappointed. Amenities are non-existent. For $364 per night you would expect certain things. A quiet room, air conditioning that worked, an in room fridge, plumbing that worked and WIFI THAT WORKED but unfortunately not. The wifi was non-existent , plumbing backed up in shower, no fridge,... Hello Corsa B. I'm so sorry to hear that you had such a disappointing stay with us recently. We came into some very warm weather recently and we are actually switching the system to air conditioning today. We have an energy efficient system that uses either heat for the cooler months and air conditioning for the warmer months. I apologize... More

When we entered the tiny room we noticed the window was open but the room was stuffy. Tried air conditioner unit. Didn't work. Front desk reports they are in the process of "switching over from heat to air and it takes a few days." They apologized for forgetting to tell us at check in. What about when we'd made the... More

Thank you for your review. We definitely need honest opinions so that we can work hard and improve our service. Not all of the rooms experience the warmer heat so we were right on the cusp of switching over to air conditioning. We are doing that now. Please contact me directly so I can get more information from you and... More

This hotel is in a great location and close to many places of interest for me. I could walk to the office, go see a show at the 5th Avenue Theater, and go to numerous restaurants in the area. I had high hopes. I wasn't enthusiastically greeting when I got in, but I'm fine with that. The room is a... More

Thank you for leaving your impression of the hotel. I have my Executive Housekeeper looking into each of these issues. We have recently turned over some staff and completely retrained the team and we should see the fruits of this labor shortly. The AC is also on now so the heat issues should be rectified now. Please contact me directly... More

This started with friendly staff upon registration and then my room was clean as expected. Was comfortable bed the normal good stuff. The place is connected to a good and large pub that served a lot of variety of draft beers. Also connected was a breakfast type café with pastries and drinks. Only complain I had was the room was... I originally booked a queen ("cozy" room) but ended up with an unexpected work project and needed a desk. They upgraded me no charge to a King room. My main priorities for a room are: location, comfy bed, hot shower, free wifi, and coffee. All passed with flying colors! Couldn't ask for a better location I walked everywhere. The bed... More

We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay, comfortable room, and great location! We definitely agree with you that downtown parking is expensive so we definitely stay well below our neighbors. The W Hotel next door is over $50 per night for parking. Come back soon and we will take great care of you! All my best, Woody Braden More

The other reviews had rated this hotel quite poorly thus I was initially hesitant to book here. I still ended up booking here because it offered a 2-room family suite at a reasonable price. I took the Sound Transit from Everett and it stopped a block from the hotel. If you are coming from the SeaTac Airport, the hotel is... More
