3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2013 NEW

My colleagues and I stayed here in April for a conference. It was convenient as it was walking distance to the conference location and all the other places that we had toured. The rooms are small and there are a few things here and there needs to be updated. The rooms are cleaned frequent nonetheless. The wifi was slow and... More

Hotel needs a few updates. Its an older hotel which I didn't mind, however the carpet was nasty in hallways and in guest rooms. Rooms are small but nice and clean, bathrooms were updated but small also. When we first checked in we were issued a room that use occupied, that goodness the guests were not in there room. When... Really can't complain about the room on anything. Good stay it is. Except probably weird wi-fi coverage - on 2nd floor it was on and off, and even when "on" - quality was not great. Location of the hotel is great, so you can get to all the nice Waterfront places and points of transit to Redmond (The Connector, for... More

My room was tiny, dark and quite depressing. The bathroom was very cramped with no space to store a wet pack. Although the whole hotel was supposedly non-smoking, the corridor on my floor stank of cigarettes. My biggest problem was the unacceptable WiFi, which constantly dropped out. When the WiFi was connected, it was hopelessly slow. One simple email took... More

I probably wouldn't stay here again unless I could be guaranteed to have no neighbours on either side of me. My first night here the person in the room to one side of me had his phone on speaker and I could clearly hear the conversation he was having. The next night I was awoken at midnight by my neighbours... More

Everyting was booked out- so I took the only hotel which appeared to have room... I understand why there was room at this "inn"... Halls and rooms are smelly, staff are unimaginative and not very welcoming, rooms are tiny: my things fell into the toilet several times, knocked over by the door which cannot open all the way without banging... I was not overly impressed with the hotel. It's an older, boutique-like hotel, which is something you should know before booking a stay there (I prefer newer, modern hotels). There is some sort of charm with older hotels, but it's certainly not the bathrooms; I found those to be a little gross. The place was clean, the front desk staff... More

Took the train down to Seattle and hotel was within walking distance, if you don't mind the hill. Was able to check in early around noon, which was much appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Elevators are old and slow, and room is small, but comfortable. Bathroom is also tiny, with a really small sink, deep tub, and public-bathroom-style toilet... More

The carpets were stained, bathroom outdated, and staff slow to respond. The light in the bathroom was out - we waited 45 min for the replacement and then gave up. The bar sink leaked and there was a funky stain under it. Good location, especially to the bus mall. Bring slippers!

After staying at the hotel for four nights, I have to say that this is actually quite an excellent hotel with excellent, helpful staff. The room was small but was not at all a bother to my girlfriend or myself. In fact, we found the room quite cozy and comfortable. We also found that the staff were excellent in guiding... More
