Great location. Check in staff was rude and acted surprised I had a reservation. Room adorable! Nicely renovated. Unfortunately, it was incredibly hot and the fan only blasted hot air. The window had to be opened and held up by the ice bucket b/c it was broken. The WiFi was unreliable. No one at the desk to check out.

Smallish bedroom, and common area. Bathrooms very small, no counters. Nicely decorated. Good staff. 2 restaurants with easy access to hotel. Nice happy hour with wine hotel. Don't stay on spring street side if you can avoid it, noisy. Good location.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave us a review. We truly appreciate your comments. We definitely are in the heart of downtown which can be noisy at times but puts us in a wonderful location. Thank you, Woody Braden - General Manager More

I had to be in Seattle for 2 days of training and this hotel was located within a block of the training site and offered a good rate. This is an updated older hotel. Think 1920s size and don't expect modern largeness. The room was small but nicely appointed and clean. It was just me and I was only in... More

It was great to have you stay with us! We definitely are a historic, boutique hotel built in the 1920's and we love the charm that it gives us. We have ear plugs for noise (downtown can be noisy in general) and we are definitely here for you. I'll thank the staff for going above and beyond! All my best,... More

We stayed three nights at the Executive Pacific. We arrived late on a Friday and were upgraded to a King sized room on the top floor by the very professional guest services agent. We were advised by the front desk that due to the building’s age, it had two settings for the central temperature system – hot and cold. It... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a detailed review. We are glad that the desk gave you a complimentary upgrade to a King sized bedroom! I'm sorry for the size of the bathroom. We are working on creating modern solutions to this wonderful historic hotel. I'll thank the staff for taking such great care of you!... More

We always enjoy staying at this hotel when we visit Seattle. Stanley (the concierge) and Giselle (the manager) are incredibly helpful and friendly, and the housekeeping staff is efficient and hardworking. Happy to recommend it.

We spent just 1 night here as we took the Amtrak to Seattle for a concert. This hotel was within walking distance to the Amtrak station (though, being Seattle, prepare yourself for some hills), and to a variety of sites as well. Front desk staff was personable and friendly. Room was somewhat small, but clean and bathroom updated. We did... More

Keep coming back! We definitely are close to the train station and the light rail. I hope that you enjoyed your concert. I'll thank the team for being friendly and I'm thrilled that you enjoyed the wine hour we do each day from 5pm to 6pm. All my best, Woody Braden - General Manager More

As part of an Orbitz package, Executive Hotel Pacific was about the best value I could find for my three-night stay in downtown Seattle. Centrally located, I found the walk about equally doable, south to Pioneer Square and Safeco Field, and north to Pike Place Market and Westlake Mall. Access to the freeway is a breeze, and light rail from... More

I just spent four nights here for a conference and was quite pleased with it. Unlike many hotels in Seattle, the Executive Pacific actually had some character. The building is historic, so they could follow typical hotel "formulas" in the design, which I liked. My room was a corner on the top floor. Even though it faced the back, there... More

The Concierge (Stanley) and Manager (Gisele) were awesome! They gave us great ideas and attractions to see. Centrally located to the Pier and many restaurant and bars in the area. When I go back I would definately stay at this hotel again. We even had beautiful sunny days while we were there. Beth

Having driven by the place hundreds of times over the years I decided to get a room there on my latest trip to Seattle. I loved it, though I can't quite explain why. It's an old hotel, to be sure, and that was part of it's charm. The rooms were small but comfortable. The staff could not have been more... More
