Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. No problem checking in. Being from out of state, staff was knowledgeable and helpful when asked for recommendations. Walking distance to every thing! I would definitely stay here again.

I pulled up in front of the hotel but dashed across the street to pick up a library book on hold for an elderly relative I was visiting. As I got across the 4 lane street I was yelled at rudely by the uniformed bellman. I told him it was a 3 minute passenger load zone which in Seattle doesn't... More

I stayed here for two nights. The location is great! Walking distance to Pike Place. The room was small but quaint. This is a older building so it is showing its age, but the room was clean, bed & bedding was comfy. Winter rates were great! For the price you can't go wrong.

My wife and I stayed two nights. The room was pretty small and was musty and warm. We had to open the window to get cool air in. The bed was comfortable, but the at temp. In the room kept us awake most of the first night.

Check-in was no problem and the bellman was helpful in getting our bags to our room. Room is very small with the bathroom smaller still. The room was very warm. Changing settings on the thermostat achieved nothing. We tried to open a window only to discover the counter-balance cord was broken so the window would not stay open. I asked... More

I booked this hotel for a work colleague visiting from out of town. I wanted to have it set up so that all of the expenses would be paid through my company credit card. They claimed they never received my paperwork and my coworker was left to pay for everything herself. I jumped through many hoops and went back and... More

My wife and I recently visited Seattle for a couple days and chose to stay at the Executive Hotel Pacific. I selected it based on its downtown location and its price. The Good - Conveniently located for a pedestrian experience of Seattle. 10 minute walk to famous Pikes Place Market, 10 minutes to the monorail (Space Needle), minutes to theaters,... More

I spent close to a week at this hotel and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location, easily walkable to downtown shopping and restaurants, close to the water and close to SAM and other great Seattle sights. The hotel is charming and warm. The only thing this place has going for it is Stanley, the Bell Hop/Valet. If it wasn't for Stanley working his tail off & ensuring the vehicle was out front the hotel 5 minutes earlier then we requested each time it would have been a total bust! Hotel is in a great location I will give them that but lets... More

Where do I start? We're in Seattle for a wedding and I was late in booking so the options were few. Upon checking in we were told that it was $29 to self park your car but that amount would be charged, not for 24 hours, but for each time you left the garage in a 24 hour period. ie.... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your comment with us. I do apologize for the parking situation, self parking does not allow us to have full in and out privileges in the garage facility.
