We took Amtrak to Seattle to board our cruise ship. The Moore Hotel is perfectly located exactly halfway between the Amtrak station and the cruise terminals. Reasonably priced, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I'm telling everyone who is going to Seattle it is the perfect place to stay. Seattle is a walkable city and the hotel is within walking... This is a beautiful hotel, they have managed to keep some of the original design of the hotel, which has an interesting history along with the Moore theatre next door, and updated with paint, furniture and updated bathrooms. It is tastefully and elegantly done. so there is no air conditioning, but the window opens and there is a fan. Blow... More

We spent 3 nights at the Moore. Great old hotel with lots of restored charm. The room was great, but would have been more comfortable with air conditioning, which none of the rooms have, but overall it was a good stay. The coffee shop is fantastic too, and you really can't beat the location.

The location is fantastic. Two blocks to Pike Place Market, with plenty of places to eat and drink. 5-minute walk to the Westlake Centre for monorail to the Space Needle and light railway/bus connections to everywhere in Seattle. The Moore Hotel is amazing value for money. We had a suite - kitchen/diner, large bedroom, large bathroom, 2 walk in closets... More

Spent four nights here the second week in July. For us this place was perfect. Had a room with a small kitchenette. We didn't cook but used the fridge to store fruit and pastries from the wharf which is only a couple of blocks away. The Moore's location is great with plenty of eating and drinking options. We used Uber... More

this is a great hotel with great rates and rooms to stay in the middle of the city. No frills but very clean, funky and comfortable. Coffee shop attached offers great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Despite all online websites saying fully booked I took my chance and called them and they had rooms available. I chose a... More

We chose the Moore after finding nothing but really high rates for a last minute vacation. It is close to the last stop on the Light Rail from the airport in a district which seems to be transforming for the better. You will like the Moore for its location close to Pike Place Market and town center, for its friendly,... More

One night stay in September 2014, needed a place in downtown but didn't want to spend chain-hotel rates. Moore was exactly as advertised - clean and comfortable, nice location. Quiet on a Thursday night. Opted for "Shared Bath" queen room...a first for me, and a last. Not a concept I'm comfortable with, though I did give it a chance. Rate... More

The hotel is located just 2-3 blocks from the light rail's WestLake station. Westlake is the last stop coming from SeaTac airport. The average daily rate varies from 70+ to about 100+ depending on room type. They have rooms with shared bath, single and double queens with private baths. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. First 3 nights I stayed... More

I think this hotel has everything going for it. The location could not be better at 2nd and Stewart. Aside from front desk assigning me a low floor at the elevator instead of my requested quieter higher floor (which got fixed fairly quickly, but still?) the front desk was very helpful. My room was on the front of the hotel... More
