I love the Moore Hotel! In my mind it's the last nice budget hotel in the downtown core of Seattle. The hotel has been painstakingly updated with beautiful woods and tiles. The beds are comfortable with nice pillows and comforters. I always get rooms with private baths so I can't speak to the shared bath experience. Not my cup of... More

The Moore is a historic (older) hotel in a great location in Downtown Seattle. Close to shopping, close the the Market - but it is not a modern hotel. If you are looking for room service and to be pampered forget it. It is a great deal especially for families needing multiple rooms or beds. I can't speak to the... More

This is the last time I let a travel partner book our hotel without me vetting it first. I really don't understand the high reviews this place has. If "boutique" means sharing a toilet and shower facilities, you can keep it. We had a double, and my bed couldn't have been smaller. We did have the luxury of a sink... More

We love to stay at the Moore for concert night stays. The old, well kept building is charming, whispering of Seattle history and updated so tastefully. Beds are very comfortable with crisp, soft bedding that supports your back for a great nights sleep. Windows open for fresh air, a treat in any hotel . But the old marble showers that... More

The Hilton it is not but for convenience on a budget in downtown Seattle it is pretty good. Built in 1907 but updated within the last twenty or so years it is a hidden gem. There is no parking but they offer a discount at a parkade around the corner. No restaurant either but there is a coffee shop attached.... More

After staying with the Moore in summer of 2011 I decided to stay there again in the fall of 2014 and wasn't disappointed. They still the best budget accommodation in Seattle that I can find. Prices are reasonable. Staff are casual and professional. The hotel, while not in the greatest of neighbourhoods, is well located. Rooms, while basic, are generously... More

This is not the Ritz, but it is in the best spot in the city, right by Pike Place, and the staff are AMAZING and have good advice on restaurants and things to do. Ask the staff which rooms are quietest. We could hear the band warming up at the Moore Theater in the afternoon, which was great by us... More

The Moore Hotel has been serving Seattle for over 100 years. We were very pleased with the staff. The location was perfect for our purposes. We were able to walk to the Space Needle to our north and Pioneer Square and Pike's Market to our south.

This hotel was funky with nice decor and pretty good overall. The location is great near to the Pike Place Markets. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Our room looked out onto a brick wall and it was pretty noisy. One night I had a pretty crappy sleep and could hear entire conversations (amongst other things!) from... More

We stayed for three nights at the Moore Hotel in August and would gladly recommend anyone visiting Seattle for the first time and doesn't want to spend too much money on accommodation. It's a really value for money hotel for what you pay for in terms of size of the rooms and location. It's not a fancy new hotel but... More
