After the first night of a four-night stay at the Moore, I was ready to write a 5-star review. All that you've read in the other reviews is true: the location can't be beat, blocks from a major LINK and bus hub at Westlake, shopping, the Pike Place Market, the waterfront; close to restaurants and bars in Belltown; the early-20th-century... I like this hotel. It is reasonably priced and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. On this trip my daughter and her friend, college age, were with me. They loved this old historic hotel...bathroom behind the Clock, the open windows, the fire escape where the stepped out onto to see the bay, the elevator, the unique carpet... More

Fantastic location in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to everything. Will stay here again. Wish they supplied some coffee in the lobby, but at least McDonalds opens at 5am for any early risers that need java!

This is a very good Hotel that met all our requirements; price, location ,clean comfortable beds. Location is a 5 min. walk to Westlake Station and light rail system or a 15 min. walk to Space Needle and 5 min. to Pike Market Homeless people are around but do not hassle you. We agree with the other reviews. Visited June... More

And yet another year, my husband and I retired to Seattle for a few days on our holidays. Based on previous years' experiences, we booked the same hotel room at The Moore and everything was impeccable. We only had a tiny issue with the shower that wasn't working properly on the first day. We reported it to reception and they... More

I have stayed here 6 times now and love the place. If you have to have AC and obsequious plastic people at the desk, this is not the place for you, and yes, the elevator is weirdly slow. The staff is very helpful, particularly the young man who always seems to be there when I check in at night. He... More

In addition to location you could add price as a selling point for The Moore. It is easy walking distance to a number of the more popular attractions including the Pike Street Market. The downside is the location which is noisy especially since in warm weather your air conditioner is the open window and the eight inch plastic table fan... More

The location couldn't be better, it's a very short walk to Pike Place Market and many other attractions in downtown Seattle. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a suite, which meant there was a private bathroom and a separate living area with some basic cooking facilities - small fridge, two electric rings, and a coffee maker. This was... More

The Moore has a great location. Walking distance to pikes market and shopping. A little further to pioneer square. 2 blocks to the stop for the hop on/off trolley, and 3 to the monorail to get to the needle. We had room 724 which was a 2 bedroom with one room having a queen as the other had a queen... More

My 7 year old and I spent the weekend in one of the European type rooms (bathroom across the hall). It was $73 a night, clean, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do, including the Space Needle, Pike Place market and lots of good food! I highly recommend this place. I will stay here again.
