The reason I give this hotel very good is because the service and the hotel was lovely. We was greeted by a young lady (I cannot remember her name) but she was welcoming and very polite. After traveling for 24 hours it was reassuring. Our hotel room was lovely, bed was so comfy. Everything clean. Definitely would recommend for anyone... More

Fantastic experience from start to finish - superb service and attention (reception, concierge, maids, room service etc.), very comfortable bed, spacious room and amenities, perfect location in terms of access to city, monorail, eateries, waterfront and Pike Market. The attention we received at Oliver's Cocktail Bar was top notch and the quality of food including room service was excellent. A... More

The hotel was fine, especially for the location. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was tiny but clean and comfortable. We only stayed here one night but the staff was very helpful getting us late night room service and a cab in the morning.

There is a wow factor when you first walk in the lobby but unfortunately the basics are not in place. The walls were paper thin so that we had to ask night staff to speak to the man in the room next door who was on his phone at 3am. The bed was small and uncomfortable and while the staff... More

We stayed at this rather formal hotel for two nights. We were able to walk to all the main tourist sites but disliked having to walk the gauntlet of all the down-and-outs whenever we were in the vicinity of the hotel. Our room was bijoux! There was no bed-side cabinet or light at one side. The bed and linen were... More

ACJHuddersfield, I'm glad to read you had a good time at our complimentary Wednesday wine tasting, and that you found the staff to be friendly. We're a small, privately owned hotel. We try to be an alternative to the corporate hotels in the area by offering friendly, genuine service. Most of the employees are tenured and have the same love... More

My partner and I stayed here for two nights as part of a touring holiday. It was a true delight, amazing hotel steeped in history in a central location. Rooms large, nice bathroom, all the amenities you need! Staff very helpful - a credit to this establishment! Had fun with the excellent bartender, who made our drinks exactly as we... More

We stayed here in July before continuing on to Vancouver for an Alaskan cruise. This hotel is just so pretty. Lobby had a large fresh floral arrangement along with a few comfortable couches and chairs. We used the concierge before the trip for restaurant suggestions on my daughters 18th birthday and it was spot on. Rooms were very large and... More

Stayed here last year while in town for events at Seattle Center. The monorail is right around the corner and takes you right to the center. It is so convenient and is across the street from Macy's and within a block the Westfield Center, Starbuck's, PF Chang's. A nice walk (4 blocks) to Pike Place. We were two women alone... More

Conveniently situated within a 5 minute walk to Pike street market and a 1 minute stroll to the mono rail, this hotel offered convenience, class and first rate service. The room we were allocated was pretty small but it was immaculately furnished with lovely fluffy towels, bathrobes and crisp bed linen. Although we didn't eat at the hotel we enjoyed... More

A city centre hotel should always be this easy to drive up to and simply check in. And it should have one of the best restaurants in town and a great neighbourhood. The Mayflower Park does it all - valet parking (at a price), a fabulous entry, elegant lobby, lovely clean rooms, fine dining option, even a grand piano to... More
