goes a long way in my book. Got a great price via a 3rd party site. Room was clean & the shower had good water pressure. Yes, the place could use an update, but If you're using it as a rest stop, it can't be beat! Seattle Center in one direction, local theater in the other, and plenty of local... More

The hotel is centrally located with easy commutes to most major business or personal destinations. Very clean & spacious rooms along with a FULL KITCHEN where you can store and cook food for small to large guests rooommmmend

This is a budget hotel - plain and simple. We decided to stay here because it offered such reasonable rates. It is an old hotel, but offered a clean room, comfortable bed and cable tv to come back to after a day of exploring Seattle. The room also has a microwave, mini fridge and stove burners. The location was great,... More

The location is great but the rooms are not. They are noisy, with non functioning plumbing and uncontrollable heating. Parking is a challenge and not provided by the property. This is an older building without elevator, with narrow steep stairs. Ask for the 1st floor if hauling your luggage is a challenge.

A bed and breakfast feel in a great spot. We enjoyed the restaurants and bars within walking distance. The room itself was clean, cozy and quiet. We slept well on the matress. The Front Desk staff was friendly and efficient. We look forward to our next date night out there.

not clean enough. dingy. no elevator. no breakfast. uncomfortable bed. misleading advertising. slow drain bathroom sink. foul. noisy at night with punks yapping too loudly and smoking; smoke comes up into room.

my bf and I love to stay here when we get together. It is a beautiful, quaint little hide away for us right in the heart of our favorite city. It never fails to be warm and inviting. and the staff is always friendly, even when we check in late.

Bring some oils and butter to cook with as well as salt and pepper and other spices. You can buy what you want to cook just down the street, even though the Metropolitan Market is expensive, I think you can go off to the east and get a better buy at QFC.

No onsite parking. Three stories and no elevators. Maintenance is not up to par - tub faucet was leaking at such rapid rate a steady stream of water was splashing into tub all night. Management scheduled boiler repair on a Frday & when broken part was discovered could not replace it before weekend so rooms became colder day by day.

The price is right. The location is terrific. The hotel is a gem. we'll be back! We had to leave early for Atlanta the next morning, hence, didn't spend too much time walking around the area. Parking will be free after 8:00PM on city streets.
