Best downtown location, but for walking, be ready for a lot of hills! Upper floors have fabulous views so try to score a room with a view of the Space Needle and also away from the highway noise. Club room had nice continental bfast 6:30 to 10 a.m. and also snacks fm 5 to 7 p.m. Renovations underway, and our... More

This place was just wow. My friend and I stayed here for Emerald City Comicon, and first impression... meh. The hotel itself was your average downtown major city hotel, all shininess and elevators, with posh restaurant names. We checked in around six PM after a great day of nerding out at the Con. Anthony at the front desk helped us.... More

My room on the "quiet floor" was located on the side of the building next to the eight lane interstate. The room had single pane windows. I don't know if there was noise in the halls or upstairs because you couldn't hear anything over the sound of traffic. The room had been recently remodeled and was beautiful. My second night... More

Great central location but hotel is getting old. New reno's in lobby and hotel room, however hallway still smells like old hotel, and my room reeked of oil paint. Woke up 9:30 am Saturday to hear hammering and power chiseling on the floor above. Saturday morning? Really? Elevators notoriously slow. Gouged $90 for valet parking. Got sucked into their loyalty... We stayed in a newly renovated room, and it was very clean, modern and had GREAT views. The hotel is doing a lot of construction, and that was one of the only downsides. In one of the elevators, the cardboard lining was falling and hitting people. Harmless...but not very professional. My family was able to walk to Pike Market, the... More

I stayed in a newly renovated room, which was tasteful and modern, same as lobby area. Location was superb - close to all major downtown attractions and also right off the freeway. Was very easy to find. Found the staff very friendly. Gym was well equipped with windows showing downtown view, and large screen TV. Much appreciated that they allow... More

charges way to much for what you get. had a room on the 27th floor facing the freeway. there is no insulation and bad windows. it was like the freeway was in our room. something one does not expect in a higher end hotel. the room is renovated i believe so they had ample opportunities to fix this problem. the... This is a wonderful hotel, if you can have a renovated room. The best part for me was the comfy bed and the good sound proofing. I'm a poor sleeper, but the cushy (but not too soft) mattress and amazing head-embracing pillows had me out like a light. I was never woken up by traffic or by neighbors, even though... More

At first glance from the outside this Crowne Plaza may seem dated, but inside they have an updated comfortable lobby, and my room was refurbished and spotless. I was on a high floor with a fine view. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. This is comfortable city hotel. You won't find lots of bells and whistles, but all-in-all... More

Don't expect room service after 10pm. It was a little more than annoying after a long flight to be told that no food options were available that night. Room service should be available 24 hours for a five star property if they intend to cater to the business traveler.
