We have recently returned from 2 nights at the Ace Hotel. The highlights of this hotel would be the quirky styling and decor, which is something a little bit different to your average 3+ star hotel, and the location. It was located within walking distance from main public transport routes, the Pike Place Markets, the Space Needle, the Great Seattle... More

I stayed at the Ace on a recent visit to Seattle and loved it. Yes, it's a bit funky, but I loved it. The location is outstanding... Pike Place, the Waterfront, and Seattle Center are all within easy walking distance. Restaurants galore within a few blocks! I didn't even try the breakfast because there were so many great bakeries nearby.... More

We went in to the hotel knowing what to expect so we were prepared for a lot of things that are considered negative. Yes, the windows are a bit thin, there are shared bathrooms in a lot of rooms - but this is why I found the place so charming. Earplugs are provided and bathrooms are plentiful and clean to... More

Nice area of town, easy to get to from airport by train, good local coffee & services, very close to bell street cruise terminal and market. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. The bed was very comfy, and we have a shared bathroom. Great breakfasts with Free Wifi. Minus point is the noise from nearby bar and air conditioner

The Ace Hotel is an old converted building and has many rooms that share a bathroom. We stayed in what they describe as a deluxe room (room 121) and it had it's own bathroom. We had a view of the sound which was probably it's best feature along with the afternoon sun that streamed through the large window. The room... More

I hate to criticize the Ace Hotel. It made possible an affordable stay in Seattle in a great location. There are wonderful restaurants and shops very close. It's across the street from the amazing Macrina Bakery and a short walk to Pike Place Market. All the great things about the hotel have little to do with the hotel. The room... More

Funky is the first word that comes to mind when we arrived. Compared to the other hotels we had stayed in the past 2 weeks it was great to try something different. We chose a hotel room with our own private bathroom. Corner room with plenty of space. Clean and sharp, well presented. Breakfast was a help yourself station, the... More

We really enjoyed the Ace in Seattle. The room was very comfortable especially the bed..so comfy! and it had nice views over the sea. Really enjoyed all the products in the bathroom too. The interior design is really nice and lives up to its "cool" expectations. We enjoyed the breakfasts. The location was perfect, really close by to the Market,... More

This was OK with me for a one night stop-over, not so popular with my wife! Its a trendy hotel and if you accept that its fine. Very little space to hang stuff (no wardrobe) and if you stayed a week you'd pretty much have live out of your suitcase. Well positioned for Pike Place Market and the Piers (we... More

Great location, very near (but not overly near!) the Pike Market and the Art Museum, transportation. Loved the room, the people and everything about this place. Comfy rooms, comfy beds. Great wifi and wonderful breakfast and breakfast room! Never a wait for a bathroom or a shower in the "shared bathrooms" rooms. Laundry room downstairs, too. The hotel is on... More
