Sleepless in Seattle, because of being afraid a Bedbug might bite you. These is the worst accommodation in which I have ever spent a night. The Staff was just there that somebody sits at the desk. The room was dirty, dark, very old nasty furniture (not Antiques!!) and had a bad oder. The bathroom was so run down. I can... More

Small room, dirty blanket, parking first come not guaranteed. But it was within walking distant to Dimitriou's Jazz Alley. So we will probably stay there again. Paid approx $150 so way cheaper than other hotels in the area. Walked to Pike Place Market. Visit Top Pot donut shop less than a block away for a great donut and a good... More

There was no hot water When I explained to the front desk they DID NOT CARE, said there were just a lot of people in the building, and refused to give any refund. I just don't understand how one pays $100 + a night for no hot water. The location is super and I'm not picky but ...for $100 I... More

If you're only in a hotel room to sleep, and you don't want to be far away from the city center, and you don't mind that stuff is old, then this is the place to go. Yes it's run down, but that's the tradeoff you make for staying downtown for so little money. I stayed here three nights in total... More

Upon arrival, there was no parking spaces available, which they say there is free parking for guests. However, having lived in the city prior to this visit, I know many locals will park in hotel parking lots that do not watch whom parks there. There were no passes required. So most of the 20 spaces were most likely occupied by... More

Pros: Free parking. Affordable 2 room suite in downtown Seattle. Excellent location within short walk of light rail and pikes place. Fairly clean, although I don't know who decorated the room but we had a chicken on the wall in the hall between the two rooms. Free cable, coffee maker, fridge. The guy in the office was really nice and... More

We were a family of 4 and this turned out to be perfect! We rolled in late and got a room on the first floor and very luckily, got a parking space out in front. This is a minimal hotel and a bit rough around the edges but has all of the basics and is clean. I think the decor... More

I was trying to get close to the cruise ship in terminal 91, bad idea. My brother stayed at a beautiful Hyatt Hotel 10 minutes away for less than my $190 a night at the King's Inn. Additionally my husband was bitten by something several times in the room, run do not go near this hotel that has surpassed its... More

It's not a chic, posh hotel. If you want that, you can pay $300+ a night. It's like a spin off of Motel 6 but the location is what makes it. You're literally within walking distance from everything you'd come to Seattle for. It's average - clean rooms, decent beds, AC, a large shower. It's fine and in a really... More

Our room was clean. The twin beds were lumpy and the linens were threadbare. The bathroom was clean with spartan fixtures. Street noise was audible but didn't keep us awake. Parking was free, if something of an adventure getting in and out of the cramped space. Wifi was free, but unusable. (Top Pot next door has free WiFi.) Walking distance... More
