Stayed here for a 3-day business visit. Very comfortable and generous hotel. The room ws spacious and spotless. The staff was attentive and efficient without being cloying. My delicious breakfast was included in the room price. The hotel is close to Pike Market, the monorail and shopping. Tom Douglas restaurants dominate the immediate area and I had a nice dinner... We booked the Warwick Seattle based on its location and prices. The reviews that I read were not all that favorable, but first timers to Seattle, we knew that we would be out of the room more than in it. Yes, the hotel is dated, but the personal were all very friendly and helpful. Location was as good as we... More

The hotel offers a "just right" level of comfort and service. The hotel is pretty newly refurbished and the decor is nice, not over-the-top nor granny style or vorn out. Room was large, offered a mini-bar and a tv, bed and a nice view. The tv was locked down so the HDMI ports were disabled. A french balcony was perfect... More

You arrive in a new city having booked a hotel from far away and hope all that you have read is accurate and your selection proves instincts right, there is a doubt as you near your destination often weary and just wanting to rest your head. Then you arrive at a place where you are welcomed, which is all you... More

We found the Warwick through Clipper Vacations, and what a find it was! The staff were all friendly and efficient, the amenities were more than we had time to enjoy - although the business centre was greatly appreciated when we needed directions and a weather forecast. We didn't test their food as we had planned several meals elsewhere, squeezed into... More

The hotel is not as nice as advertised. The rooms were stuffy and uncomfortable, and there was a brick wall right in front of our balcony so couldn't get any natural light in the room. The elevators were dangerous and the staff acted as if that was no big deal, they were grinding and came to an abrupt stop on... More

Dear Chris K, Thank you for your feedback. I want to assure you that the hotel team did indeed take your concerns with the elevator seriously and as expressed at the time did call our elevator maintenance company to investigate the matter. I am most certain this took place as I received a call in the middle of the night... More

We originally booked at the Nexis, which was not a place we wanted to stay at. The Warwick had a can't-be-beat price for a room with two beds and free parking, so we moved there and were very happy. We had really no view and never used the workout room, which was at another hotel as their was being refurbished;... More

We spent 3 nights at the Warwick to visit with a flight attendant friend who was on layover from Germany. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to many of the areas attractions. Although our room was not "fancy", it was comfortable and had a nice view of the city. We found the hotel staff, from housekeeping to reception, to... More

This is a relatively small hotel, 18 floors but only 15 rooms per floor. Most of the rooms face the Space Needle but, perhaps because we stayed on a Living Social deal that included parking, ours faced the city, which was fine (all rooms have floor to ceiling sliding doors rather than windows making for a very pleasant viewing experience)....
