My family and I stumbled on the steps of this historic little hotel along the main drag in Skagway. It used to be a brothel and the decor reflected the charm and character of the time. We truly had a great time. It was quaint and cozy and was the most interesting place we stayed when travelling through the Yukon... More

Lots of charm is the creaky old brothel. I had a chance to stay here in May of 2014 for work. On arrival there was no one at the inn to great us - the reservation was noted incorrectly, but the keep did have our rooms for us. My room was charming with a comfy bed done in the older... More

Thank you for your comments. We're glad you had a good stay. We are working on the wi-fi to get better coverage throughout the Inn guest rooms. Thanks, Karl More

We ended up getting stuck in Skagway unexpectedly with out a place to stay for the night. Everywhere else was full so we ended up stumbling upon the Inn blindly and were willing to take whatever. The Inn had character for sure! The staff was very very friendly and helpful, always cheerful. The rooms we a bit smaller than a... More

We spent one night at the Historic Skagway Inn. The staff and the owners were very nice and friendly. The room was definitely too small and breakfast was average.. The price we paid was not worth the money. Before you go there make sure you want such type of accommodation.

I can't recommend this Inn highly enough. The rooms are beautiful but most importantly is the family and staff that run the place. They could not do enough for us and went out of there way to help us in every way. When my wife was Ill they dropped everything and called medical help and drove us to the hospital... More

I stayed here before and after I hiked the Chilkoot trail in June 2014 and I would highly recommend it! This is a family run historic Inn and as such has all those nice personal touches that I love to experience when I travel. Quaintly decorated with original artifacts from the Gold Rush, it has the feel of a comfortable... More

The hotel was great. All the staff were friendly and gave us a feel that we were at a true hoteliers hotel and not at some big mega chain hotel. Diner there is much better than all the "typical bar fare" you find in Skagway. The waiter with a good sense of humour made it a very pleasant place to... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in late August. Our room was Cleo, all of the rooms are named after the ladies who worked here when the house was a bordelo. Very cute, comfortable room, with a 1\2 bath. The shower is shared down the hallway. The rooms are designed from that period too. A breakfast comes With the stay... More

Our group had a wonderful stay at the Skagway Inn. We came in two days before we hiked the Chilkoot Trail. Spent those nights at the Inn. They were very informative on the trail and all the local shops in town. They even had bear spray and canisters for our stoves...Free of charge... since you can not bring them on... More

The people running this B&B couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating. However, they need to get their maintenance man to address some of the detail work - wall paper was falling off the walls and the door locks rattle when windows open. The walls are very thin - our neighbor snored like a saw mill all night and it sounded... More
