This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Owner is a fantastic host and the property is great. Central - easy walking distance to main street; waterfront; ferry/ship terminal; walks etc. Immaculately kept and presented - clean; comfortable; excellent breakfasts. We were there is the middle of winter and it was a great adventure. more

The rooms are very nice with private entrance. The hostess was very good in letting us arrive early. We arrived at 9 a.m. from the Alaska ferry and she let us occupy our room when we arrived. One of the proprietors of a b&b in Whitehorse who knew of this place described it very well. "It is kind of like... more

There are not many choices for accomodations in Skagway, Alaska. The Mile Zero is a gem. Although it is a B&B, each room has a private entrance and private bath. The room is clean and modern, with charming Alaska decor. There was a flat screen satellite TV in our room. The common room was spacious, and the continental breakfast had... more

We just spent a night at this B&B and were most impressed. The rooms are spacious and well decorated with excellent beds, Northern artwork, great fluffy towels, and fine touches throughout. There is a guestbook in each room with personal stories of peoples' travels which was most entertaining. Breakfast included hot muffins right out of the oven, along with many... more

My husband travels with a scooter. Tara and her father were extremely accommodating and very committed to helping him get into the inn and be comfortable there. They gave us lots of pointers about how to get around in Skagway and about various tourist attractions and restaurants. The room was very comfortable with really good beds. Very quiet and peaceful.... more

While visiting my daughter in Skagway, Alaska she recommended the Mile Zero B&B for a place to rest my head. I was welcomed with open arms. The warm, fresh breakfast was a great way to start my day with may stories circling around the table. It was quiet when I needed to take a nap. The back porch was the... more

I have stayed at b&b's all over the world and never have I been so mistreated. From beginning to end this was the worst treatment I have ever received anywhere. From a complete lack of respect to complete inconsiderate behaviour I have never been so insulted in my life. The "proprietor" was so absorbed in her phone conversation that she... more

It was a nice quaint B&B. Spotlessly clean but that is where it ends. Breakfast is what you get at a comfort inn and the owner is too busy mingling with the locals to find any time for her visitors. Unfortunately, when I left, after being overcharged by $10, I just put the place out of my mind as a... more

We stayed at Mile Zero in May of this year. I have to admit it was my first time staying in a B&B and I wasn't sure I would like it. What a wonderful surprise--it was great!! The rooms were spacious with their own french doors onto the porch. Everything was very clean and decorated tastefully. Breakfast was a feast... more
