Visited during training in Britair. The hotel is very nice with nice interiors. Clean and with very friendly staff. The breakfast is sufficient to provide a good start. On our next trip to Bretagne it's a place and hotel that we will visit again! Merci beaucoup!

We have just come back from a three night stay at this hotel and I must admit I was a bit worried about staying there having stayed there in the eighties when it was a bit run down, however, I could not have been more wrong. It has now been refurbished and the room we stayed in (room 118 on... More

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel but the first time I've made this mistake. Booking a "classic" room should read "budget"! If I'd bothered to look I would have realised that it was the least expensive but the words "a quart in a pint pot" are an overstatement. The room, when we found it, was probably... More

Thank you for your comment. Indeed, our first price room is the "Classic", it is written that it is a small room of about 10m². I hope you will came back and you will opt for a Comfort or a Superior room to have more space. You can ask for a renovated one if available. Best regards I More

After driving around coast of France for a while we ended up visiting Morlaix on 3rd/4th June 2014. As we had no reservation with any hotel we used our sat nav to find us one, we drove around for an hour but all the places we seen we just drove past until eventually we found Hotel de L'Europe. We took... More

It's difficult to give this hotel more than three because it is pretty basic, but it is very well located right in the centre, has a certain amount of old-French character, and the room was clean and functional for a one night stopover. The breakfast was also somewhat skimpy, but for the overall price paid it is certainly worthy of... More

We visited last year for just 1 night & knew then we had to return. Stayed for 4 nights on this occasion & feel just the same we have to return. The hotel is classic French & transports you back to a time of elegance and good service. Currently there is much hard work being done on refurbishments not to... More

We had no idea what to expect or where to look and indeed drove straight past Hotel de l'Europe. It is in fact slap bang in the centre of town and is likely enough the traditional resort of all seasoned travellers to Morlaix. Plainly old, with elaborate wooden panelling and carvings, it has been updated and refitted in recent years.... More

My partner and I travel in France frequently as we run a business importing French antique furniture. Hotel Europe has consistently been one of the best hotels we have stayed in - this time was our 8th stay! As other reviewers have noted, it is currently being refurbished and this just adds to positives it has to offer. The rooms... More

The hotel was old but quirky and being modernised. Our room had been done and the bathroom and bedroom was very nice and clean. The hotel itself in the beautiful old town of Morlaix was well located - with a beautiful wood-carved staircase. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. I booked this hotel direct with them (Florence).
