At just £37 per night for a weekend stay, it represented great value for money. The apartment which had a huge balcony overlooking the golf course even had a slight view of the harbour too. The apartment featured a separate double bedroom, a lounge with double sofa bed, a separate toilet, a separate bathroom with shower and bath, and a... More

We booked this hotel to spend the night on our way home back from Spain. Pictures on the internet (booking.com) looked ok, huge swimming pool for kids, paid €180,- for one night (no breakfast). The hotel feels like a hospital from the seventies. White tiles everywhere. Rooms were not clean at all, several long black hairs on the floors and... More

We stayed for two nights and were happy overall. Basic self catering amenities (fridge, sink etc) but not suitable for cooking much. We walked into Saint-Jean-Du-Luz each night for a meal and it takes about 15mins and is mainly off the main roads. We had a balcony overlooking the golf course which was nice, although the road is in between, but... More

The first surprise was no Receptionist or anyone on duty at 9.30 pm. An envelope sellotaped to the door had the door code and the keys were in the room. Second surprise was the bunk beds and sofa bed! Third surprise was we had to make the bed up ourselves. Fourth surprise, no drinks or food available. We checked out... More

We haven’t got night receptionist but you know this, because we gave you the code to enter the residence! When you contacted us to get the code for the late check in , you should have taken the option “beds made on arrival” . We don’t understand your surprise because everything is consistent with the description of the booking website.... More

The apt we had overlooks the golf course, unfortunately it is separated by a road! Traffic very busy late afternoon evening and noisy! Just along the road is the marina and opposite the golf course - very pretty. There is a nice swimming pool on the complex and the apt is comfy. The few negatives would be: pull out beds... More

The room was clean and properly furnished. The staff was friendly and the location pretty good. As down the bad was a little bit too hard and the places around th pool too noisy. The overall experience was positive expecially for a long term stay at reasonable price

The location is good, there are plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance. Also the pool was nice. However the place itself and the rooms seemed a bit tired and dated and whilst I'm in favour of being energy efficient all the lights in the hallways, garage etc were on very short timers and you were constantly being plunged into...
