Our boy scout troop traveled from Minnesota to Alaska for a grand adventure, the trip was excellent, well except for our stay at Millers Landing. We made reservation 5 months in advance of our trip, but when we arrived we were placed on a rocky hill, with sewer pipes sticking out of the ground that didn't even have covers on... More

We're sorry to hear about your negative experience here! We do so much with the BSoA and this is the first negative response we've had. The city of Seward manages a waste water treatment facility and this season for the first time ever it's created an odorous issue for the visitors, business owners, and residents here on Lowell Point. We... More

Our second visit to this absolutely beautiful location. Huge trees and lovely plant life combined with the smell of the ocean and pine make this place surreal. You can walk to the ocean shore and watch bald eagles fish. The staff is exceptional and will do all possible to ensure your trip is perfect. Facilities are well maintained and clean.... More

Overall was happy with the packers cabin. Room was clean and comfortable. Price is good for the location. However walls are paper thin so sounds and odors travel. This place is not fancy. Run down appearance but has many options from private cabins to large RV parking. Small packers rooms to spacious smaller camper/tent sites. Staff was exceptionally helpful in booking... More

Camp is very bad. There is only electricity and no sewage currencies to pay for a shower. No internet and place that in the rain filled the pits are filled and difficult to move a vehicle. Camp is not recommended to approach this.

We're sorry to hear about your hard time camping here! Know that we don't advertise at all that we offer full hook ups. We do not! Our facility has electric sites and non - electric sites only. Water is available for fill up, and we do have a dump station that is pay to use for emergencies. We always recommend... More

This is the worst camping ground we have ever stayed at. The sites are on top of each other with no privacy. The bathrooms are filthy. Most of the time we were there the hot water wasn't working. But worst of all we could smell sewage from the raw sewage tank down the street.

Visiting recently on a fishing vacation, this location was rustic and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor grill and picnic area. The cabin was cramped, but worked for 3. Clean and for a "camping trip" worked fine. Four is really pushing it. Mostly appointed, bathroom was fine. The big downside was the sewer plant about 2 km away. One evening we... More

Stay Away. The cabin was terrible for the price. The bathroom was dirty and plenty of black mold on the shower curtain. I stayed in the campground 13 years ago too and thought it might have improved. Wrong again. The fishing trips are very nice and a lot of fun, but stay somewhere else.

We would have gotten more peace and quiet in downtown Anchorage! We were crammed in with too many other campers. Our tent was soooo close to the road, the parking lot and the boat launch it sounded like they were going to drive right over out tent every time someone went by. If you are looking to get away and... More

Well kept family campground. Lots of extras- laundry, showers, ice and free coffee. Walking distance to the beach. Friendly, helpful staff. RV hookups and tent sites. Wish it wasn't so popular- when it's busy, it's BUSY! Lots of kids and laughter.

We had a great 4 day kayaking excursion in Aialik Bay through Miller's Landing. The kayak lessons were outstanding- Connor was very patient with us. Chance and Tommy are very helpful for planning a trip and helping with anything you need. We stayed 1 night in the Crows Nest which is definitely a "rustic" cabin, but no we had complaints... More
