What a wonderful place, we had a townhouse, everything was clean and very comfortable. This is our first trip to Alaska and the staff made us feel right at home. We did not take advantage of the fishing, but did take a Whale Watching Trip with Kenai Fjords Tours-OUTSTANDING opportunity and value. Internet worked with no problems. Will recommend and... More

We've stayed in the townhouses, rooms and RV park here. This review will focus on the RV park. The spots are fairly level, have plenty of power and water, but no sewer. There is a dump station at the entrance. The bathroom and showers are the BEST I have seen in Alaska though! Clean, plentiful and all functioning. There is... More

Enjoyed our stay in a cute little cabin. Cozy but enjoyed the swing on the porch. Kitchen is small but enough to make a simple meal and get coffee in the morning. Within walking distance of food store for supplies. Would stay again. WIFI spotty.

The accommodations at the Seward Military Resort are like military TLFs - basic and rather uncomfortable. We have stayed there three times because the prices are lower than other hotels in Seward, but because the beds and sofas are such torture, we started paying extra for better places to stay the last two visits to Seward. It is nice if... More

Our family took a quick overnight trip to Seward for a getaway and was able to book Seward Military Resort very easily due to the season not quite being open yet for tourists. The first cruise ship is due in a week or so and everything was just opening so it limited our options a bit for things to do... More

After driving from Denali National Park with a brief stop in Anchorage, this clean and comfortable property was welcomed. We got a little lost but that landed us close to a moose grazing on the side of the road. Our two bed room was like a standard hotel room with microwave and refrigerator. The grounds are nice and there is... More

we've been staying here in the RV park for the last 17 years, always in august or september when we come up to salmon fish. the RV park is convenient and the showers and laundry always clean (and hot water running, woo hooo!) we've also used their fish house and ice house to freeze our catches for the same amount... took the MWR boat out in August 2014 for Halibut trip. Overall, very nice boat and good time. Captain and crew did everything to ensure a great day. Very reasonable price. One issue is that the MWR boats use outdated tackle. the reels were Penn Senators with low gear ratios. Halibut fishing was in 230 feet of water and it... More

Stayed for the long Memorial day weekend, and had a wonderful time. The resort is convenient, super clean and a great value. You have quick access to down town but didn't experience the noise and hustle of this busy fishing town. Already planning our next stay, Book in advance the rooms go fast!

We came down this past weekend to go fishing and found it to be a warm and welcome place to visit. The staff there was great and helpfull. Even though they were having boat trouble they made the proper accomadation to get everyone taken care of. over all a great location with a great staff.
