Who cares about not having bathrooms in the Cabins!!!! We feel like we have had a true and authentic Alaskan experience. I was a little nervous of the thought of not having a bathroom in our cabin, but it was great not to!!! We stayed in the Eagle's Nest cabin in early August 2007 and really enjoyed it. The immediate neighborhood is not inspiring but the cabins are extremely cozy and comfortable with small outdoor decks. The cabin was very nice, and the hosts were charming. But be aware that the bathrooms--toilets and showers--are in a separate building shared by all of the cabins. more
