Four of us stayed in two different rooms at this wonderful B&B: Kim's Forest Bed and Breakfast. The whole house was clean, comfortable, and gracious. The wood floors gleamed. The dining room was very elegant. My husband and I stayed in a big room with windows facing two different directions. The furniture was brand new Mission style. The bathroom was... More

Kim is one of the sweetest, most hospitable hosts one could ever hope for. Her home is absolutely beautiful, and her spirit is so sweet. She brightens everyone’s day and cooks outstanding breakfasts each morning. She’s also attentive to the little things — she offered us cookies before heading out on a hike, and happily made us a cup of... More

Kim's Forest B&B was wonderful. The house is super clean and comfortable. Kim and Minny were welcoming and very accommodating. Breakfasts were fantastic! Kim serves breakfast every morning and even packed us up a breakfast to go before an early morning fishing trip. This B&B, just a short ten minutes outside of Seward, was the perfect place to stay.

My husband and I stayed at Kim's forest bed and breakfast for 3 days and 3 nights. It was conveniently located to the activities we had planned such as the Kenai Fjord cruise and hikes at Kenai Fjord National park. On arriving at Kim's house, we were warmly greeted by her at the beautiful red door that stands out. The... More

The home and grounds are in a peaceful, quiet setting with a glacial view and Bear Creek audible behind the thick back yard trees. The home is both beautifully and artistically furnished and immaculately kept. The common meal (served on china at 8:00 a.m. in the formal dining room) is delicious and exquisitely rendered. It provides an opportunity to meet... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your experience. It was a pleasure meeting you and your husband during your 4 night stay. Behind my home is Bear Lake, a popular destination for kayaking, boating, and often bear viewing. There is a small creek adjacent to the lake where bears feed, although accessible we recommend that... More

We spent 3 nights at Kim's Bed and Breakfast. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Seward area. Her home is immaculate and she allows her guests to enjoy the living areas on the main floor. Our room was one of the smaller rooms but we found it quite adequate because we... More

We felt peace & harmony the moment we entered Kim's home. She met us at the door with a gracious, warm smile that immediately made us feel welcome. Her home is immaculate but comfortable, with natural elements such as plants, fountains, and lots of natural light. Kim herself is like a ray of sunshine. She always asked us about our... More

We only got to spend two nights at this wonderful B&B but would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Seward area. A beautiful home in a spectacular setting and Kim is a great hostess. Breakfast at 8:00 kept us in later than normal but were quite good.

My mom and I booked Kim's B and B from the internet. We had such a pleasant stay. Kim was so kind and accommodating. Our room was clean and very comfortable and her food was delicious. She is located about 6 miles outside of Seward, so we rented a car for our time in Seward. We hope to come back... More

A must stay for your visit to Seward if you want to feel like you're at your home away from home. Kim is a delightful hostess, warm and friendly that makes a breakfast fit for a King (or Queen). The home is spacious and beautiful and close to town. You can't go wrong staying here.
