This hotel had a great location, but it was way overpriced for the room. We paid a premium to get a mountain view room to find out that they were under construction, building new rooms blocking our view. The construction noise went on all day, thankfully not at night. This property is advertised as being waterfront. There are 10 second floor units which look towards the waterfront, over the main street and businesses across the street. We stayed in mid June 2007. When we made reservations, we were assured of air conditioning. When we arrived later in evening (after 5 pm) and got a room in the older part of the motel with no a/c and although the room was large, it was just like a motel 6 or econolodge.
