Excellent room at a good price. We had a large king bed room for about $110 in early season (mid May) and loved the room. Spacious, clean and all the trimmings. There was no view to speak of, but the place was great and the restaurant was excellent. Take the Major Marine all day tour. It is fabulous. more

This was a great motel to stay at while in Alaska. Most lodging I found is low staffed and slower in the winter months but the Breeze Inn was very nice and the service was wonderful. The Front office staff and the general manager were great. They were very good about apologizing to others about the construction but what growing... more

We stayed at this hotel during our stay in Seward. It was the perfect location, right across the street from the harbor where the Kenai cruise goes out of. We stayed in the section facing the parking lot, no view but great value and the people in the office and attached gift shop were very nice. One added bonus. Across... more

This hotel had a great location, but it was way overpriced for the room. We paid a premium to get a mountain view room to find out that they were under construction, building new rooms blocking our view. The construction noise went on all day, thankfully not at night. It was a very average motel room at $179 per night.... more

This property is advertised as being waterfront. There are 10 second floor units which look towards the waterfront, over the main street and businesses across the street. The rest of the units either face onto other units or onto the highway. Ours looked out over a construction site, where they are adding new units (they don't look over the water... more

We stayed in mid June 2007. When we made reservations, we were assured of air conditioning. When we arrived later in evening (after 5 pm) and got a room in the older part of the motel with no a/c and although the room was large, it was just like a motel 6 or econolodge. All for the price of 139.00.... more

Spent 2 nights at the Breeze Inn. We were in one of the rooms in the newer section and had a lovely view of the harbor. Our room was comfortable. The location is great if you are interested in booking water excursions. It is also within walking distance of some nice restaurants. The management was very nice and helpful. We... more

I recently stayed at the Breeze for two nights. The motel is conveniently located across the street from the harbor, a 7 minute walk from the Alaska Railroad Depot, and about a 20-25 minute walk into town. The motel consists of two buildings; one older and one newer. There was construction on the older building to add additional rooms and... more

Seward is definitely worth a visit, even during a short Alaska vacation. We stayed at the Breeze Inn for one night recently and would offer the following: 1. ROOMS: Clean and spacious. It was fairly quiet as well. 2. LOCATION: You are directly across the street from the area from where you make reservations for the Kenai tours. We drove... more
