My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Seward in July 2013. It is a self-service B&B, meaning the proprietor will not be present to welcome in, but I dont view that as a problem at all. Entry to property/room is provided after booking is confirmed, and you just need to enter the PIN number in order... More

We rented here just at the beginning of the off-season in Seward. We initially were to stay for two days, but Seward and Sea Treasures were so nice that we asked Rissi if we could stay the extra night. It is two blocks from downtown, and about a block from the bay. It has all of the perks of a... More

This place is conveniently tucked between the waterfront and downtown. The rooms were welcoming and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything from eggs and pancakes to cereal and fruit with coffee, milk and juice to drink. There is a large deck on the back of the building where you can sit at a table or in chairs and see... More

This is walking distance to the downtown area and it was quiet if it was not for a rendition of Riverdance in the room above (at least that's how it sounded). Very noisy if people are staying in the room above you....other than that this place is dated but OK for a reasonably priced room.

Nice place, great location with easy access to waterfront, downtown etc. My only complaint is that it can be NOISY depending upon your neighbors. Conversations, banging, laughter...all of it is audible and you will not sleep through it. The common area was right below us and includes a stove and other kitchen amenities. Our neighbors got up early to make... More

We enjoyed our stay in the 2 bdrm house. We had a large group and it accommodated all of us comfortably. The house was clean and comfortably furnished. A nice size kitchen for cooking your own meals. Within walking distance of historic downtown, the Alaska Sealife Center, a walking path that follows the shoreline, and the free shuttle service. The... More

We were a couple and a single adult. The couple stayed at the Mermaid room on the second floor and the single male stayed at the shell room on the ground floor. Views from the second floor balcony were great! Both rooms are nicely decorated, have very comfortable mattresses, and very clean bathrooms. Each room had a book with local... More

I love B&Bs, and like hostels when I can find a good one and am traveling with friends. This unhosted Inn and a perfect in between and SO well priced, even during peak season. It was much cheaper than all the other places in Seward. It is walking distance to everything downtown that I love going to. Everything was neat,... More

The Sea Treasure Inn met our expectations. It was very clean, bright, nicely decorated. The refrigerator was well stocked for breakfast supplies. The mattress was very comfortable. When we encountered a small problem upon arrival, Rissa took care of it right away. The location is perfect for exploring Seward. You can easily walk to town from this beautiful B&B. We... More

We had two families so the house worked very well for us. Risse is a very nice person, and she even offered us a lift to Anchorage the next day to pick up our RV's, which we greatly appreciated. The location is good and within walking distance of most places. I would recomend this property to anyone.
