Visiting Seward for two nights for boating and sightseeing. Annie's was not much from the outside (needs some clean up) but the inside was clean, and met our needs. Nice to have a seperate sleeping bedroom, and pull out couch in the living area. Small but fully equiped kitchen helped keep the drinks cold, and pots and pans to cook... More

We were assigned cottage number 2 at Annie's . Lovely ,bright and cheerful unit.Vivid colors all through this unit which had one bedroom , a sofa bed and a full bath.Sunshine yellow and red were the predominant colors inside.Very small but efficient kitchen.I did whip up some meals for the family and found it adequate.Tiny patio just off the kitchen... Quiet location, 2 blocks of main drag. Centered near everything. HUGE apartment. I could fit 20 people in the LR. Free coffee in full eat-in kitchen. Two entrances. Got confused with the different entrances and called "Point of View". The gal was rude as the inside doors are marked only.

We stayed at Annie's for three nights while visiting Seward with a group of four. It was the perfect home away from home for this trip. It is tucked in a quiet neighborhood only a few blocks from the water and a quick walk from a little downtown street with shops and restaurants. Our room was basically a one bedroom... More

My wife and I just returned from a 2 week trip on motorcycles through Alaska for our 30th wedding anniversary. We stayed at the Inn on our first night out of Anchorage on July 23rd. It was a wonderful way to kick-off our trip. When I reserved the room Debra told me that one night in Seward was not enough... More

We stayed for 2 nights at Annie's Anchor Inn. The Inn is located in downtown Seward. We booked the room through a lady named Debra. She was very quick and efficient about confirming our booking. We arrived in the evening and there was a note on the door welcoming us. The door was unlocked and keys were on the table.... More

My wife and I stayed at Annie's Anchor Inn along with our daughter and her husband in July 2013. We had adjoining 1 bedroom units that shared a common entrance. The units are spacious with an adequate kitchen, comfortable furnishings and all the conveniences of home. It's located in the middle of Seward and if you enjoy a little exercise... More

Did not even bother to book a room here, the lady who answered the phone to book a room was so incredibly rude I had no interested in staying there! I work in the service industry myself here in Alaska, and am frequently asked where would be a good place to stay. It is good to keep in mind that... More

My husband and I stayed here two nights while staying in Seward. It was great to have the extra space for a family room and kitchen for the same price as another hotel. The puzzles, games and cable were a nice way to split up the rainy weather with Kenai. We would definitely stay again-very clean, comfortable, and its a... More

Everything in town was booked when we came across Annie's Anchor Inn. The price looked good and the reviews were positive. They were right! It was easy to find, get into and was beautifully decorated. We loved that it was 2 blocks from the water so we could take a nice walk in the morning. Complimentary coffee and tea was... More
