We stayed in Beach house 2 and it was perfect. The location was good just a short walk to the beach. The house was clean with plenty of space . No television which was perfect. My sons loved the out door space and we would sit out there all evening with a fire. Didn't want to leave.

Needed a spot for a group of 12 adults and 10 kids, seemed an impossible mission but Beachhouse rentals turned out to be the perfect accommodations! We rented the Treefort house and apartment combo which worked well. The Treefort house was the perfect gathering spot for adults, and the upstairs was the perfect playroom for the kids. Plenty of sleeping... More

I was there with my sister and her husband. We are in our early thirties. Stayed for two nights in the Treefort House. The moment we first unlocked the door we fell in love with the room. It was small but cozy and clean and very homey. We cooked in the kitchen, went for walks along the shoreline which was... More

Can't expect much from a cabin. You'll have to drive 2 miles on gravel road to get to it. Remember it has no TV which is fine because you really are there to enjoy nature. My wife and I are ok with it but not my kids. Just a little disappointed that I saw an ad for it at $150/nt.... More

Our family with kids 10-14 years old, stayed in Beach House #2 for three nights. Our reservations were for Beach House #1, but on arrival, which was an hour early, we found the Beach House #1 dirty with trash, used towels and linens, etc. After multiple phone calls and waiting until our check-in time of 4:00pm we were given the... We stayed in Beach House #1. The cabin was great! Very cute and clean. There were four of us and it was perfect. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We used the grill to cook our fresh salmon that we caught and also built a fire and sat around the pit and talked. The beach is a short... More

My husband and I took a trip to Seward in order to scope out a place to bring my work team (25 people) for a retreat in August. We stayed in the Treefort house and it was amazing! We arrived early and were able to peak inside the other cabins and each one looked cozy, comfortable and well cared for.... More

Overall, this was a great place for us to stay. 3 guys, 3 "beds". Small, but clean and offered everything we needed to have a few enjoyable nights. I will check for availability the next time we need an overnight in Seward.

My family and I stayed at Beach House Rentals this summer and this was one of the memorable stay in our Alaska trip! When we opened the door of Treefort apartment, my little girl jumped right in the bunk beds. They are lovely and comfortable. The apartment is roomy and very clean!
