This one bedroom unit on the 3rd floor of the Ali'i Beach Villas was perfect for our needs. It's directly across from a fantastic and safe snorkeling beach, Kahalu'u Beach Park. The decor is updated, yet warm. Everything you could need was there, including snorkeling gear and boogies boards, beach chairs, etc. We loved that the beach was right across... More

The Big Island is not my favorite, but unit 2-102 made it more pleasant. I prefer the beaches on Maui, but the beach across the street was good for snorkeling. The condo had everything we needed, towels chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. The shopping center in walking distance had grocery store, drug store, coffee shop and restaurants. Great pool with... My girlfriend and I went to this place and it had two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms and a full sized kitchen. It was in a very convenient location being across from a great snorkeling beach. We went for lots of lovely walks along the water and it seemed very central and an excellent location on the Island.

Our stay here was perfect, the condo had everything we needed, and what we needed before hand was ez to get with Kona concierge. Only 2 complaints ...no back up TP, and the beach chair was broken. The location could not have been more perfect right across from a great snorkel spot Nice ez walk or drive to anywhere.

We stayed at unit 2-302. It was in excellent condition and was well appointed with tasteful furnishings and all of what we needed. The lanai and the view from it were stellar. Snorkeling across the beach can't be beat - a great variety and number of fish, extensive reefs, and sea turtles to swim with. It's close to a supermarket... More

This is not only a great location, the condo we stayed in was gorgeous. The beach is great for snorkeling for all ages. A lot of local families were there too. Lots of amazing fish and lots of turtles too. The shopping center is walking distance or a short car trip for groceries and restaurants. They even have entertainment and... More

this is a great beach condo, just right across the beach park where you can see sea turtles by standing on the beach and no need to get wet. If you snorkels, this is the best spot to see fish, they are all around the rocks near the shore. And the distance drive to all places are just about right.... More

We loved the easy access to great snorkeling - right across the road - and since one of us was a first time snorkeler the shallow water was a plus. There is an abundance of fish and numerous sea turtles in the shallow pools. The condo itself was good, not fancy but quite comfortable. We had beach chairs, mats and a... More

Our condo was on the 3rd floor and we really enjoyed the view, privacy, etc. Very quiet even though off Ali'i Drive. Snorkeling and turtles right across the street. We were in 2-302. Needed a few condiments and very skimpy on the toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Needed a broom and dustpan. Outdoor utility closet had some old beach supplies;... More
