My partner and i stayed here over the christmas holidaze and loved it. it really isn't a B&B in the traditional sense, rather an entire floor of a house overlooking the Kona coast - two separate bedrooms, nice living area, a full kitchen, a nice master and bath and porch along with a hot tub. the Boyntons don't bother you with small talk and intrusions. they stock the larder and fridge prior to your arrival with breakfast goodies and if you run low you simply walk next door to their house (all on the same property) and either tell them what you need or leave a note. when you return they will have restocked the supplies.

this is literally 5 minutes up the road from the Wal Mart, Safeway, and Kona Natural Foods stores in the Kona Shopping Center. it is a great location with easy access to Waimea, Kona, and the highway leading south and north.

we are VERY CHOOSEY about where we stay. the Boyntons will have repeat guests for sure! more
