We stayed in 8-304. It is a HUGE 4 bedroom 3 bath condo. Fully stocked kitchen utensils. Crockpot, blender, you name it! Pull out couch was in need of repair, we made do. Vacuum cleaner not functional. Otherwise, awesome digs! Unit 8 is very close to Ali'i Dr. Lots of noise. Short walk to the shoreline. We even saw whales... More

We stayed here again during our recent trip to the big island,a short drive into town and walking distance to an excellent snorkeling spot. The resort has a pool, tennis courts and access to a sand and gravel beach. The grounds are well maintained. Most units are fully equipped with an efficiency kitchen, washer & dryer, flat screen TV, hide a... More

We were in unit 6201, no view of the ocean but overlooking the golf course. we found a nice bench and table overlooking the ocean, best place to see the sunsets, better than the sunset cruise we paid for. Our owner left tea , Coffee and a large selection of herbs and spices which we used. We also experienced no... More

Resort itself is about 10 minutes drive from the centre of Kona situated right on the ocean, and whilst you can't swim there, a short walk takes you to a small swimming beach. Resort grounds are beautiful and lush and well maintained, as are the pool and tennis courts. There is limited shade at the pool. We stayed in apartment... More

We are staying in condo 4-303. The unit is really beautiful and comfortable. The highlight though, is the view. It is absolute oceanfront, and the sunsets here are absolutely magnificent. The amenities are excellent, with tennis courts and a big pool. It is a bit of a drive into town or to beaches, but there are shops and places to... More

My daughter and I stayed for 6 days at this resort. Finding the booking office was a little tricky but once in, we were pleasantly surprised at the size and condition of the unit. It was a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with outside porch space. It is looking a little tired and could do with some updating, but... More

Stayed at the Kona surf and racquet a few months back with my cousin while on our trip to the big island. This unit is very cozy, comfy and clean with all the amenities needed to have a relaxing vacation. Steps from the beach and one of the most popular snorkeling beaches on Alii drive. The unit was maintained by... More

We stayed at Unit 184 townhouse in August. This is a corner unit. It has a beautiful ocean view. The ocean is just few steps away from the lanai. The owner is very helpful and attentive. Due to hurricane, we had to leave the island one day earlier than our plan. The owner even offered to refund one day rental.... More

We stayed at # 3-304 in June for two weeks which was owned by a retired elderly man and managed by his daughter. She was wonderful to work with and stocked the unit with lots of water sports equip ( boogie boards, snorkel/mask/fins, golf clubs, tennis racquets etc) we used a lot and saved us numerous rental fees. Being a... More

Walking into this condo, we were amazed at the beautiful ocean views. This condo is an end unit so the windows and outside deck are on two sides taking advantage of the incredible views! It is located right on the ocean so there was always a breeze. I worried that it would be hot since there is no AC, but it... More
