Hello folks! It's me again. I am still on the Big Island but I checked into Sea Village because I wanted to do some activities on the other side of the island. I must say that I took a chance on being here as I was here about five or six years ago and did not like it because the... More

Very disappointing. Resort is very well maintained, unfortunately the owners of condo 3112 doesn't follow their lead. Used VRBO. Definitely not worth the money we spent. Unit has not been updated since 1970 & delayed maintenance very evident. Rusted fridge, mattresses need to be replaced, futon couch needs to be replaced as well as some of the kitchen utensils. The last time we stayed in the Big Island we chose the Hilton Waikoloa. This time we were looking for an inexpensive place to stay and chose the Sea Village. I found it a relaxing place to stay, so much so that I chose to sleep on the couch to take full advantage of the sounds of waves crashing on... More

We stayed here while in kona for our honeymoon. We had a 3rd floor Oceanside condo and it was perfect. Instead of using the headroom which was very nice we used the fold out couch in the living room and left the deck door open with the screen door closed and slept listening to the waves crash. One morning we... More

The condo we stayed in I rented from the VRBO site. We are on the 3rd floor, have a great view of ocean and sunset. The sound of the waves are so relaxing and can hear it in the bedroom. The interior design is perfect, couch is comfortable, & the bed is even better. This place has a pool and... More

Very nice one bedroom with a great balcony overlooking the harbor. Spinning porpoises , cruise ships, paddle boarders and sunsets were the show out front. Nice pool next to the water is a plus. You can walk to downtown from there.

Right next to the ocean, so close waves crashing at night put you to sleep. Awesome views, amazing condos 1 BR & @ BR, would come back over and over if I could. 3 floors, best views from 3rd level condos but no elevator just stairs make it a little challenging for elderly bringing home groceries. But view amazing, weather... More

We recently returned from a stay and we will NEVER return!! We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, locked the screen door as we were unpacking (a habit from growing up in Phila. PA) I went to retrieve an item from the car approx. 1 hour later and we could not get out of the unit the handle on the door... More

We stayed on the 3rd floor of building two in April. We loved hearing the birds and watching the ocean sunsets. I would imagine that most rooms in the property had an ocean view, which is lovely. The grounds are very well kept, and the condo was good with the following exceptions. Upon arrival, the bathroom and floors had hair... More

Stayed in building 3 for 9 days. The resort location is good. Keep on mind; no air conditioning. During hot Kona days and nights, this can get pretty uncomfortable. Our unit wasn't the greatest, so do your homework on your selection. Building's 1 and 4 are oceanfront, with building 1 facing the town, and with no parking lot backing up... More
