We had a fantastic time at the bill fisher. Great location, great unit with a very well equipped kitchen. Very clean, very comfortable bed and very specious. The 2 ladies at reception were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. All areas were clean and well looked after. Very quiet. No street noise.

We had a great time at the Billfisher. Right from check-in with the friendly front desk staff to all the folks working at the resort, we got nothing but genuine smiles and pleasant attitudes. We were in a 3rd story unit X-3 with partial views of Kona harbour and overlooking the palm trees. The one bed unit was clean, well... More

Loved it, we could walk to restaurants, right on the main drag, but at the end, so pretty quiet. Didn't see any roaches. Smell of plumeria outside our balcony was wonderful. Clean pool. No Jacuzzi was the only disappointment.

My husband and I stayed in unit H with friends for a week in August and didn't have a single complaint. The sofa sleeper opened up to a very nice size bed and the unit's kitchen was well stocked with all the pots and pans that we needed to cook stay in meals. Close enough to eat out for all meals,... More

My husband and I stayed in unit O-2 with our two teenage children in July and didn't have a single complaint . The one bedroom comfortably slept all 4 of us without a problem . Excellent location if you enjoy being within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, night life ( therefore, noisy at night so bring earplugs). Condo was clean, spacious for two people, well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies, basic but adequate furnishings.

Nice condo. It is a very good location in kona. Shopping and good food is with in a good walk of billfisher condos. Condos are equipped wit a/c, tv with cable and a very nice kitchen. There is no night desk to check in but there is a night box with instructions. Apartments are a little hard to find at... More

I will start by saying the attitude of the 2 older ladies in the office really needs to be corrected. They act like its a imposition when you walk in and they HAVE to help you in some way. Not what you would expect from anyone in Hawaii. Charging for AC is ridiculous and the WiFi was a joke. 20... More

The Kona Billfisher is a small owner managed time share complex that is unique in that it is owned in 1 month increments. Therefor, our focus is to provide our owners with a clean, attractive vacation home in Hawaii. Our owners return year after year, and some own multiple units to stay longer than just a month. Many are original... More

I always enjoy staying in condos when I travel because I like to have a kitchen and extra space. The Kona Billfisher is just ok....the rooms definitely need to be updated, but the grounds and rooms are very clean. Everything on the other reviews are true...extra fees for wi-fi, air conditioner, laundry, No elevator, ants come in the kitchen area,... More

The Kona Billfisher is a small owner managed timeshare where each of the owners owns 4 consecutive weeks. Many owners return year after year to enjoy Hawaii among their friends, the fellow owners. The WIFI is expensive to maintain, therefor those who choose to use it share in the cost. BTW our WIFI charges and other charges are much less... More

Although the location was fine, if I had to do it over I would have stayed in Hilo. I would have been closer to waterfalls and to the volcano. This resort has too many rules -- "NO MARCO POLO IN THE POOL?!?!" It appears to be run by an older group of people who like things their own way --... More

All the mattresses are less than 4 years old and were selected for their comfort for the majority of our Owners. They are the same as used in most of the resorts in Kona, but sleep comfort is a personal issue for everyone. Because of the proximity to the pool, Marco Polo is forbidden as it is in many pool...
