The only thing missing was an Ocean View from our lanai. Otherwise, the accommodations and the service of the people was exceptional. The rooms, in particular, were spacious, clean, and quiet. The numerous pools and spa were nothing special, but the kids loved them.

From Mitch the super friendly and helpful bellman, to the lovely accommodations and property, this place is perfect for families! We played tennis, walked around the area, enjoyed day trips and the nearby beaches, and especially loved watching the sunsets! I do advise not too waste any time with the concierge. You'll do better to make your plans directly with... More

I am writing this from our condo on a rainy checkout day. My wife and 13 year old son and I stayed at Holua for five nights in December, and we experienced many positives and some negatives that I would like to share. The condos are very spacious and well appointed, but they are very dated (don't expect flat screen... More

The property is a two block walk from the dock and a couple of restaurants. The area is fairly quiet. The room had a full living room with dining area, galley kitchen, large bedroom, and lanai. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. We really enjoyed having a gas grill available near the unit. Parking was a fair walk away, but... More

By far the best price for the largest room I have ever paid. It was so nice to have 2 bedrooms each with bathrooms and then a living room, kitchen, half bath, and two lanais. We stayed comfortably with 4 people but you could definitely fit more. It was a short walk to the room from the parking area and... More

This is a perfect spot to stay, especially if you're going to be taking any trips out of the Keauhou Bay Boat Ramp, which is a five-minute walk down the road. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and we happened to get a free upgrade to a two-floor suite that was really spacious, up-to-date, and comfortable. The parking is... More

We stayed here for 16 nights and loved every minute. The staff are amazing - especially Ross, for whom nothing was ever too much trouble. He was like an Amazon running up and down stairs with our groceries when we first arrived! Mahalo Ross. We had a two bedroom, three bathroom suite on two floors. It was incredibly spacious and... We rented this condo for the space, location and bedrooms. I was surprised by how clean it was, how nice the kitchen utensils were, how quiet and spacious. Cars are parked in an underground garage. The beds were very comfortable and the grounds are pretty. It's a older place, but that doesn't detract. The details were great: trash cans in... More

We got the two bedroom Suite, and the 5 times we have been back, we only stay here. Affordable for the group, and good location. Close enough to stuff, and quiet enough for the evening hours to sleep. And its colorful.. Not boring and in 70's decor!! Air conditioning works, and beautiful grounds!!
