What a great location. While the building itself is a litttle dated, the access to the beach and the ocean front view make up for it. These are all small efficiency units, but all have the fabulous view. If possible try for one of the corner units.

We stayed at 314 for just 4 nights and we wished it could have been 14. What a fantastic view. This corner condo is large with two walls of glass, so you see ocean and ocean and park constantly. The sound of the crashing waves is loud and so soothing. We could see lots of tropical fish in each rolling... More

If you want to hear the ocean all night long at a bargain price this is the place for you. All the units are independently owned so some may be in better condition than others. We rented unit 313. There's no elevator. Hauling all your supplies and luggage up is a chore but it's well worth it. The unit was... More

I stayed in unit 113 3/29/2015 to 4/5/2015. This unit was filthy. Cockroaches (in the bed) and bugs everywhere. Furniture and Appliances are old, dirty, and not maintained. Dishes, wash before you use. Place looks like furnished from a garage sale. Sheets ripped, and stained. Showers, no longer than about 4 min and water gets cold. NO A/C. The only... More

Condo #208- We have stayed here in the past and have never had any complaints or problems until this year. Our condo was dirty- the doors and windows had a film of dust and dirt. The lanai blinds were in need of major repair or replacement. The carpet was filthy. The kitchen had no stove, just a cook top that... More

The apartment was well equipped, and the pull down double bed a good idea for space saving. The apartment is not on the corner as we first though - as it appears from the pictures, but is one away from the corner. This in no way detracts from the view. Amazing to sit on the balcony and watch the yellow... More

We stayed at this condo for our wonderful three week honeymoon. KMS is situated between a wonderful surfing beach and a local park. Every unit faces the ocean so we could see whales breaching in the ocean as well as spinner dolphins. Every night provided us with a magnificent sunset. Many of the units have an open Lanaii which is... More

Stayed in Magic Sands #301 January 25-31, 2015. Complex is an older building with the units privately owned, so expect quite a variation in the types and quality of rooms available. #301, 3rd floor, corner unit has a huge, beautiful balcony overlooking the surf (west, great sunsets) and the south (Magic Sands Beach). If you want a very quiet stay... More

Just stayed in #111 (ground floor) for over a week. It had everything we needed. All appliances (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker) except an oven but we didn't need that anyway. There are shared gas grills to use outside. In this condo, there was some snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach towels. Cable TV, wifi included. I don't know if there... More

As mentioned in other reviews, all units are individually owned and largely managed by one of several property management companies you can book the property through (a few google searches will show your options). #209 is simple no-frills accommodation, a bachelor suite good for 2 people. Kitchen had everything we needed, including blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker. Also had a... More
