To noisy to sleep. There is a lot of street noise, cars, trucks, motorcycles just outside the window. I wish I could post a sound clip so you could hear how bad the noise is here. The refriderator buzzed all night as well. We were using it. The ac system was loud, but not loud enough to soften the other... More

Let's start with the good, it seemed clean and the front desk staff was couteous. We were in room 3005 and the road nise is surprisingly load. Especiallly at night when you are tryig to sleep. The refridgerator wcwas noisy the AC was noisy. It was terrible. The street light outside came in the thin curtains and made it light... More

This place is really good for the price. The location is great and you can just step out into the "downtown" area. I loved it that there are really nice places to eat, shop, rest, hang out all just outside the hotel. There is a very nice beach area just outside, it might be a part of the hotel across the... More

The staff was very courteous and helpful! Very clean rooms, and good location comfortably just outside the main downtown strip so you still get a quiet sleep. The parking spaces are quite narrow, but otherwise, no complaints - parking was only $5 per night. I would definitely stay here again.

1) Parking is awful, but manageable. The spaces seem to be a foot narrower than every other place. The $5 parking fee is too low in my opinion. If I was guaranteed a normal spot, I'd pay $10 per night. 2) Perfect location. My favorite restaurant, the Kona Brewery, is kiddie corner to the hotel, and so are many other... More

Very Cheap, and great location. definitely book this hotel if you don't want to spend a lot on a hotel so you can spend that money for restaurants and lots more in kona. I stayed in the standard room on the second floor garden wing. Has cold A/C. Also good to book if you aren't spending a lot of time... More

If you have an infant and you want to visit Kona this is the perfect location. Its just across the road of a family beach where the waters are very calm and warm because its closed up from the ocean and its a bit like a pool. Restaurants and supermarkets are also just around the corner so the location is... More

We were pleasantly surprised by the KONA SEASIDE hotel, where we stayed only 1 night at the end of our Hawaiian holiday, just before flying back to Honolulu and China. First it has a great location, fully central in Kailua Kona: all the fun restaurants & shops are within walking distance. There is a free parking for your car. Second,... More

My daughter and I came to Kona for two nights to do some scuba diving. A bit of a spur of the moment trip so I was interested in keeping costs down a bit; very hard to do in Hawaii. At $85 a night and a short walk to shops and restaurants on Alii st this place fit the bill.... More

This place is great! We had initially booked a private suite off airbnb, what a nightmare it was! Filthy, stunk and totally disgusting. Currently fighting to get my money refunded. Had to head to mcdonalds to access free wifi, found this place online, very reasonably priced. Came over, had a look; rooms are clean, don't smell and have partial ocean... More
