I would recommend to you that this establishment turns a deaf ear when I called to complain about noisy, drunken, swearing idiots who were renting nearby in Unit 3703. Condo hotels that are individually owned and more than a few years old are way too risky. Pricing based on layout not condition of the unit is not consumer friendly.
