Stayed here one night while travelling through Joshua tree park. Large rooms, helpful staff, we didn't have an issue with noise or other guests, in fact it was very quite, we were on second floor.. Great value for money. Only issue was air con was very noisy, and the curtains don't close.... There are nets up, but the drapes are... More

We came to Twenty-Nine Palms to visit with my son, a Marine. We stayed at Country Inn for 8 nights, and we truly enjoyed our stay! Dara, Jessica, Jerry, Sauranda, and Gracie are great! Anytime we needed anything, we were greeted with a smile and our needs were met immediately. Our room was clean, our beds were comfortable, and the... More

We booked this hotel on-line and planned to rest here after a day exploring Joshua Tree National Park. Check-in went smoothly. The clerk was warm, welcoming and had our reservation at her finger tips. The room was hot. The air conditioner would not start. The clerk directed us to do the "reset and monitoring" of the machine until it restarted.... More

Stayed here with my wife for a stop over whilst on route to Vegas, we had actually booked into the 29 palms inn and suits next door, well in advance of our stay but were transferred to this motel. My issue is that the wall are paper thin, the guests next door were having some sort of party, with no... More

We booked one night to be near the Joshua Tree Nat Park, but decided to stay here an extra night as we liked the motel and the area so much, the reception staff here were really friendly and helpful, suggesting places to visit and stay during the rest of our vacation in the US...so this place was a real find,... A friend of ours owns a bar in 29 Palms and we wanted to spend New Year's Eve there as a group. We traveled with two other couples. This hotel far exceeded our expectations! The rooms have been updated with beautiful new bedding and window coverings (which entirely blocked the light). I'm not sure why they haven't taken new photos... More

The last day of our vacation was interrupted with clerical errors. The hotel had us in their computer in one room and physically in another while charging credit cards twice. Instead of resolving the situation simply, the receptionist insisted on dragging us in to her problem, accusing us of the error, and threatening to throw us off the property for... More

Country Inn 29 Palms has always been about customer service. Our staff tries to the best of their ability to make every stay comfortable and accommodating. Most clerical errors in hotels theses days, are not mistakes made by people but by the computers systems that processes customer information. After realizing a computer error by the hotel the guest was contacted... More

29 Palms, palms springs a very beautiful area in all. We visited Joshua tree national park. This hotel is very close to the north or west entrances so we chose to stay here. We booked this hotel on the same day morning through orbitz , last minute, so when we arrived here late evening they had not seen our email... More

We stop in 29 palms as an adventure.we got to the first hotel and we ask for a one king bed with nothing extra and they told us $160. So we went on down the road. Country Inn is small but personal. For a one king bed with Jacuzzi was $70. The room was small but in good condition. Their... More

We reserved a non-smoking, handicapped room. First disappoinment is that the handicapped parking spaces are located far away from your room. Second disappointment, was that our room smelled like an old, musty smoking room. We turned on the air conditioner and hoped it would clear the air. After we returned from dinner, the room smelled just a bad. The desk... More
