On an emergency medical trip for a marine son at 29 palms these people scrambled to find us a last minute room allowed us much needed rest with their quiet property and the free breakfast was awesome. Some of the best heart healthy choices and omelets we have ever had. I'm in the hotel industry by profession in west Texas... More

Stayed here 3 nights so we could do some hiking in Joshua Tree National Park. We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon and was shown to our room. Once in the room found the safe was locked. Front desk sent someone to open safe, but unfortunately he couldn't get it to work properly. They immediately moved us to a suite as... More

I had made our reservation about 6 months prior to arriving, and unfortunately our reservation was lost. I did have a reservation number and printout, so we were upgraded to a suite. The suite was nice and large. We were a little suspicious about a white truck of men recklessly driving around the parking lot and then parking behind the... More

We were visiting Joshua Tree National Park and chose this hotel based on reviews/price combination. We were a little fearful that it would disappoint because of the limited options in the area. We needn't have been; we were very happy with it. The room was large, clean, and quiet. It had a great shower -- good water pressure and drainage.... More

Stopped here for one night ready to visit Joshua Tree the following morning. Was not sure what to expect as when you drive into Twenty Nine Palms (having left Vegas) it felt like a ‘one horse town’! We were pleasantly surprised with our find and would recommend this hotel to anyone who, like us, is passing through and looking for... More

We really enjoyed our stay at the 29 Palms. We were able to quickly check-in, find our spacious room, and settle in for the night. The staff was friendly & helpful, the breakfast was hot & tasty, and our sleep was quite restful. We stayed during our visit to Joshua Tree NP and found this location to be very convenient... More

If you’re planning a multi-day visit to Joshua Tree National Park, it’s important to understand that there are no large upscale resorts in the communities that border the northern (and most scenic) part of the park – Twentynine Palms, Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley. So if you are looking for plush, higher-end accommodations and amenities you should stay in Palm... More

Best place to stay in Joshua Tree/29 Palms if you are looking for comfort and new facilities. Ask for a room near the back so you don't get traffic noise from highway. And ask for a room with no one on other side if you can. The walls are VERY THIN. Tterrific place to stay!!! Hotel (not motel) staff is... More

We wanted to visit the Joshua Tree NP, and had never been here before. Using TripAdvisor as a guide (as always!), we booked here. It happened that it was a Wednesday night, and on Wednesdays, they serve a simple, but GREAT supper, and it's free! This night, they served authentic tacos. Breakfast was also great, with hot choices, too -... More

We stayed here so that we could visit the Joshua Tree National Park. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. I used the exercise room. It is small, but has several pieces of equipment and they worked. We relaxed by the pool. And we enjoyed meeting the young Marines who were there for their weekend leave! However, I noticed that...
