We stayed here in the summer of 2011, so I am a bit late in submitting this review. My family travelled to Austria for a wedding and stayed here for two nights. The room was nice and clean, with a balcony that overlooked the beautiful Alps. The room accommodated my husband, myself, and two children. We all slept comfortably in... More

Very nice and quiet place. Very friendly staff. Super food both breakfast and dinner. They decorate the tables so nice in the evening. Their own Morning post at the breakfast table with among other things the weather of today :-) Super service from the staff and the family. The bus drive twice a day in the morning and afternoon just... More

Just finished my fourth stay in this lovely authentic Tyrolean hotel. For the past four years along with several friends we have stayed here for our annual ski trip. I love the cleanliness, the attentive service, the staff, the wellness(spa) area, the food, the bar and the location. We usually stay in peak ski season and generally pay around £100... More

We have visited this hotel 5 times over the years. Initially as groups of friends and more recently as family trips The hotel is not centrally located but this is not a problem as the Ski Bus starts from the hotel in the morning so you always get a seat. If you want you can use the taxi's for a... More

We recently booked to stay in he Agerhof (although ended up in the main hotel AlpenSchlössl - which was a lovely surprise!) Our room was lovely - clean and tidy, with beautiful views over Soll. The staff were so welcoming and we really enjoyed having dinner each night as not only was the food great, but so was the atmosphere.... More

Returned to hotel after 5 years for annual skiing trip. Food is still superb. Fine dining every night with choice of 3 main courses. Gala dinner served a salmon starter one of the best things I have ever tasted. Dining room staff pleasant, attentive without being over fussy. Stayed in the main hotel, reading the previous review I suppose you... More

Just back from a weeks skiing holiday. Booking for Agerhof which is next door. Thankfully put in the Landhaus building which is between Agerhof and AlpenSchoessl. The Agerhof looks like it should be condemmed! Room was small, dated but clean. Shower was tiny and doors fell off by end of week!. Towels very old & thin and would have been... More

On arriving to a pretty unfriendly welcome we was given a key to our room and told what floor it was on. We was given no idea what time dinner started/finished. If you have an allocated table. (Which you do have, so don't just stroll in and sit anywhere, you will be asked to move).Where to get towels from should... More

What a fantastic weekend I've just had in the AlpenSchlössl! I actually reserved rooms for the Hotel Agerhof next door, but my party was upgraded to the AlpenSchlössl. We were given pent house suites for the same price. We had view looking right down the valley onto the Hohe Salve ski region. When we arrived the staff were incredibly friendly... More

Friendly staff, great restaurant, quality and tasty food. Breakfast personal table setting. On somedays the menu is pre- arranged, on other days (in the Agerhoff) a la carte. Small but comfortable inside pool. Clean rooms and great view looking into the vally or viewing the mountain side. Goodbye gift and pasonal attention - you are treathed a guest according expectations.... More
