Another great week spent at the hotel Rubin, all the staff are brilliant with guests, food is good, rooms are more than adequate for a ski holiday, family's with young children should probably avoid this hotel as it has one of the busiest bars/nightclub which goes until 3 or 4am every night, however groups of friends wanting a lively nightlife... Without a doubt the best collection of staff we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They all had their own individual qualitys. Wes was the ultimate man - on hand for anything even making my mom a hot lemon and honey drink each morning when she was ill. Danny the barman was a diamond geezer, DJ Brett referred to... More

Came here 2nd to the 6th March with friends. Absolutely fantastic time. Staff at the Hotel Rubin are very friendly, polite and courteous not to mention extremely hard working. Highly recommended here. Can be a bit noisy in the rooms when the downstairs bars are still rocking but hey......your on holiday.

stayed here for a week with a friend. I found the staff to be very polite and professional. great to be able to just wonder down stairs to watch the football/ rugby and Gregg the barr manager always available for a chat about anything or a cheeky shot. The hotel also has its own irish bar and nightclub where dj... More

The hotel is located ideally for the town and lifts, the only negative is the early dinner at 6, making it a bit of a rush if you want apre ski before. Staff are great, bar busy but not rammed unless national sports are being shown.

This is the third time my wife and friends have stayed in this hotel, that alone must say something, as all the other reviews have already stated the staff can't be rated highly enough, always friendly and willing to help when ever needed. The legendary Wes is a star along with all the other staff and would not hesitate to... More

We felt so welcome from the moment we stepped through the door thanks to Wes & his brilliant team. We had such a giggle! Soll is fantastic for skiing, Après... More

Spent a week here from 24th-31st Jan 2015. Stayed here with my daughter!!!(Danny ;-) and we both had a fantastic time. We love to party and so the 3 bars on the ground floor of the hotel were ideal. Stayed Around them most nights, apart from the bar crawl, Just Do It Michael!!! The Dubliner stays open late and the... More

Can only agree with what others have said. This is most certainly not a family friendly hotel and if you're a light sleeper then you'll struggle with the music from the bars downstairs. However I can honestly say I've never received such friendly and personal treatment from hotel staff in my life, from the minute you get there till the... More
