This is a great little hotel surrounded by wooded lands on the edge of town. However, multiple problems were experienced when reporting broken items; i.e., hair dryer, bathtub stopper, telephone. Although each was reported the day I found the broken items, I was never informed of when they would be fixed and they were never fixed. I had to juryrig... More

I think Best Western is granting their "Plus" ratings much to easily. I certainly don't think this one is a "Plus." The room was very small. For what I paid I expected much more. The internet was so-so. No in room TV Guide and no morning newspaper was available. Of course since this place is located right along side of... More

Room furnishings are old, dingy, and in need of repair. Room did not smell fresh. Bathroom door had gouge in it. Lobby was nice, both décor and cleanliness. Evening snacks and breakfast bar were both nice. Personnel were warm, kind, helpful, and professional.

Great location that keeps every thing quite, but your close to food and restaurants.. The breakfast was perfect to start the day and there were ample stores and restaurants to meet the families needs. The guest reception was very enjoyable at the 5:00. The pool was relaxing and the hot tub was fantastic. We had a problem with a drunk... More

We've stayed here a bunch in the last 6 months and this hotel is basically great but there usually some sort of little problem on a daily basis like coffee not replenished in the room, no towels or something along those lines. Staff is usually able to handle these problems with no problem. Complimentary breakfast and evening reception are great!... More

Total state of disrepair. Door had been kicked in in the past and was rigged. Carpet frayed and pulled up. Business center not functioning. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE! It appeared that a trucking company was using this hotel as a base for their employees. Drunks by the pool at all hours so my son and I... More

I requested a non-smoking room but they gave me a room that had been smoked in so after I realized that, I called the front desk and I was told that they had no other rooms available and that they couldn't give me a refund. the small refrigerator was missing, the TV remote did NOT work and the ceiling had... Hotel was older but well decorated. Rooms are small with small bathrooms and little counter space. The hallways stink like cigarette smoke. Breakfast food was not very good. There was not much insulation for sound between the rooms. As a result I didn't sleep well. The staff was fine and they tried to be helpful. It seems like the hall... More

We paid for 2-Queen Beds, when we get our room we were given 2-fold-out full beds! The fire alarms would go off all hours of the day. Tyhe sheets were changed only once on a 3-day stay. Shower was almost impossable to work, handle was so stiff! For $98.00 a night, this was not a very good deal at all.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments with us. The Fire alarm was fixe that same day and please accept our sincere apologies for not getting the type of beds you had requested. The previous guest stayed over with out notifying the desk and had a do not disturb sign on the door and we were not... More

Don't stay here. This is a hotel that is very rundown and not a good or comfortable place to stay. I had to change rooms because the first room smelled very sour, as it there was vomit somewhere that hadn't been cleaned up. The new room was better, but not by much. It seemed as though the cleaning staff had... More
