My wife and I have traveled to Austria five times to hike. We've always stayed at 4-star hotels and our experience at the Hotel Castello Falkner was our best. That was my third stay in this hotel, but i have to say it was the last. Everything was all right, nice and cozy hotel, service is average (well, this is a ski resort). Food in restaurant is not bad, but I do not like when halfboard is obligatory thing for the hotel, prefer own choice rather than fixed menu.... more

Don't get me wrong, this is a very nice cute hotel. When I looked at the website though and compared this rate with other hotels rated I expected a luxery hotel. They charged us nearly 150 Euros per person per Night including breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. This hotel is definitely a four star hotel, and if they would charge... more
