My family has been in the ski business since 1920 so I know a little about ski resorts and hotels...I have skied all over the world and have never found a finer resort hotel-it has the real old world "austrian" charm! Still family owned and operated by the hospitable Alber family. Offering 5 star service yet maintaining a very "relaxed,... More

This is my favourite Hotel in my favourite ski resort. The hotel is very well run, the staff very friendly, but best of all the Alber family treat their guests as friends and valued customers. It feels like returning to to a friendly fun environment, what can be better before one tackles the trials and tribulations of the slopes and... More

I stayed at the Hotel Post with my daughter in a twin room with bathroom. It was a lovely hotel, and we were very sad to leave. We looked over the mountains with a view of the cable car and were on the 5th floor. The room was big, with two single beds, a lovely sofa, lots of storage, and,... More

We stayed at the Hotel Post for 14 nights half board booked through Inghams. Packed lunches were also included as well as a super afternoon cake buffet every day which often included savouries too. These extras meant that while we were on holiday we literally had no need to buy any additional food, there was ample food at breakfast and... More

We have stayed here in the past and were satisfied with the rooms and service. This time however the hotel was packed with tour groups who we found were paying half the price we were. When we booked we asked for the same 2 room suite we had in the past. It was taken but we were assured a similar... More

Dear Hikinglady91! First of all we would like to thank you for staying in our Hotel Post. Our main intention is to make sure that our guests have a pleasant time while they stay with us and therefore we are very unhappy to hear that this was not the case with you. Nevertheless it would have been a lot more... More

We stayed here for 11 nights on an Inghams package. It's by no means the most expensive hotel in the resort, and the brochure price comes down by the time you've got your online disount and special offers...so in terms of value for money it's outstanding, because everything is excellent. You would pay at least twice as much to stay... More

This is a beautiful hotel. There is a very good range and quality of food on offer for breakfast. The evening meal - meat, fish or vegetarian - was very good quality and superbly presented. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. We were the for the hill walking and the packed lunches were very good too -... More

We booked a family apartment which had 2 seperate bedrooms, bathroom, loo and living area. We couldn't believe how big the rooms were. In a ski resort in France, they'd squeeze about 10 people into this space when this was only meant for 4 people. The only down side was it didn't have a balcony but we knew that when... More

I've stayed here with my wife once and often twice a year for over ten years. The rooms are spacious, restaurant first class and service from reception, bar and restaurant can't be faulted. We've brought family and friends with us, when on skiing trips, and all love it. Ideal location 5 minutes from train station, in the pedestrian zone of... More
