I need to clarify I did not stayed there. I just used their facilities at lunch time ( Restaurant) I stay 7 days in Obergurgl as part of my Crystal holidays with lessons included. At lunch time we choose this hotel because is opposite the ski school and meeting point. First day there and I had spaghetti bolognese which was... More

Having been skiing in Val Thoren and Three Valleys for more years than I can remember, we will definitely be back next year. Wonderful hotel, attentive staff, great ambience and the Skiing was fabulous what more can you ask for…. Ooh yes, the pool and wellness area, we came back totally refreshed. Great work, see you all next year.

i have been to this hotel probably 5 times since the age of 15. Every year it gets better and better. The staff are so attentive and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble - even when my mother asks for about 5 extra pillows each night! The food is fantastic, always very fresh and superbly presented. On the... More

Great hotel, located on walking distance of the " Skischule". Warm welcome from the staff. Perfect new rooms. We had a half board plan. Absolute perfect breakfast with great choice of foods. From healthy to junk, whatever you prefer ;-))! I was less impressed with the provided dinner arrangement. Fantastic swimming pool for the kids and a very nice sauna... More

This was our first family ski trip, we have daughters aged 7 & 10. I used Tripadvisor to select Hotel Hochfirst and was so glad that I had taken the time to read all the reviews. My only question is why it is ranked 24th out of 33 hotels. It should be Number zone! From the moment we arrived and... More

The staff were friendly, profrssional and very helpful, the food was excellent and I look forward totheir local draft beer... More

Second year to this lovely hotel. As flagged last year they have extended the lounge and restaurant area, all very stylish. I was hoping for an additional smoke free area but no, it seems a positive selling point that you can smoke with impunity. There is really nowhere else to sit in the evenings and so you have to mix... More

Hi The hotel was generally very good , friendly with good service. It is also very close to the ski school. This makes it particularly suitable for children. The Bergwelt and Crystal hotels are up a steep slope from the ski school. We had lunch each day in the in-house restaurant adjacent to the ski school with my son and... More

I stayed here during the last week in January with a friend and both our sons. The hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms were lovely, with beautiful facilities, not to mention a good size HD television. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. It was beautifully served and imaginative and whilst the individual portions were fairly small there were always six... More
