We stayed there in a suite on top floor for 3-4 persons consisting of 2 bed rooms (TV set in each) and 2 separate bath rooms. You should ask for dinner inclusive menu (up to 5 courses of delicious food) and enjoy facilities incl. the sauna & spa area as well as entertainment events.

This hotel is much better than its three star rating implies. It's family run, which makes for a friendly welcome and attentive service. The double room was spacious and comfortable with an en suite shower which was far better than many I've experienced. Our teenage daughter had her own room which although smaller was a major improvement compared with a... More

The standard room we booked was very small and tired looking and due to the busy period was not cleaned to a suitable standard and also smelled VERY strongly of cigarette smoke. We upgraded (at a cost) to a larger, clean room that was adequate. Breakfast started at 7:30, however hot food did not arrive most of the week until... More

Stayed here for a week in March for our skiing trip. We normally stay in a chalet so didn't know what to expect. The hotel is family-run, quaint but lovely. We had B&B rates; breakfast was typical continental but perfectly adequate. Dinner was five courses, if you count salad! Limited choice offered in the morning for the evening meal, but... More

June-July. So called deluxe room was narrow, like a corridor, with furniture all along one wall and end walls occupied by doors. Newly furnished but poor design, eg had bedside light but no light switch within reach. Noisy glass sliding door to narrow 'bathroom'. Bad traffic noise at night. Food quality very variable. Service from staff was good. Resort seems... More

Had a fab week in June here. Typical Austrian decor rooms but larger than average with a large bathroom. Great view of the mountains from the balcony to have a beer after a long ride or walk. Nice terrace to enjoy a drink. Typical regional food not gourmet but wholesome and tasty washed down with delicious house red wine. BBQ... More

Just returned from a late deal summer holiday based in this hotel, and could not have wished for anything better. The hotel is centrally placed in the small village of Niederau and the room (103)was very comfortable with a large balcony that faced west and received the evening sunshine. The bathroom was a little cramped, but perfectly adequate and the... More

I stayed in the hotel from 16th to the 23rd Feb 2014 and must say that having stayed in many hotels i found this to be the most comfortable and relaxing stay i have had in some time. The rooms I felt were excellent considering this is a ski resort in the winter and use to heavy lots of people... More

Came back from a 5 night ski holiday yesterday. Hotel excellent - room warm & spacious, we were travelling with our 13 year old daughter, so booked a 'junior suite' which was a double room with a sofa bed in an adjacent area separated by a wall, so plenty of privacy for all of us. We stayed half board and... More

Thanks very much to the other trip advisor reviewers. I think this is an amazing family run hotel. I am here now at half term (room 216, huge and no noise issues yet). I speak no german but understand a little so i feel a bit rude but unlike last months reviewer have no issues being understood or understanding (menus... More
