Property was newly renovated and staff generally nice but head of reception was extremely rude and unpleasant. We where a group of 4 couples which had made a joint 30% down payment. When we settled our accounts on the last day reception was incapable to split the 30% down payment or any invoices that had been jointly evoked. Even getting... More

We stayed here as a group of 9 and had a fantastic time. The facilities were excellent with a nice spa and pool. The quality of evening meal was best I've had as part of a half board booking by far. The rooms were very comfortable with an excellent bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and always made sure... More

The Solaria has it all. You arrive to an attractive foyer with the best of modern and traditional decor. The clever combination of every modern convenience and traditional Austrian values runs through every aspect of the hotel. The reception staff are very helpful and always greet you with a friendly smile. Rooms are large, attractive and spacious, and unlike so... More

This was our second time in the Solaria and it has been transformed since we were first there in 2013. The renovation has opened up the bar/front which as many reviewers note has smoking - this is the only negative on Solaria and to be honest if you sit out the comfy chairs beyond the bar, not a problem at... Many would say that hotel employees can make or break your holiday. The staff at the Solaria were, without exception, very welcoming and professional and they added their personal touches (Katya and Sandie in particular). The food was thoughtfully prepared and presented with many wonderful flavours and the afternoon apres-ski offering was just what you needed after a hard day... More

We stayed here in March 2015, 7 guys on boys ski week Food was very good , a tasty breakfast and good choice, fantastic fresh squeezed orange juice , lovely food, the common areas were very smart with a nice enough quiet bar and spa area ( so I'm told didn't manage it myself) our waitress Lisa was an absolute... We were the first time in ischgl. We really enjoyed our stay in this place. Great location a few meters away from Pardatschgrat lift. The service is impeccable and the staff extremely friendly. The facilities (gym, pool, sauna) are very clean and modern. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The buffet offered a variety of selections and was continuously refreshed. Four-course... More

we spent one ski week in this hotel. It was great. I recommend this hotel to everyone . Great standard, stylish rooms, very clean. Nice spa. Breakfast & dinners served in the restaurant were deliscious. we appraciated the great location of the hotel - close to the Ischgl centre, but very quite. Only 100m from ski lift

The hotel was very good, rooms were comfortable and clean. There was plenty of delicious food on offer. After the first night the staff were very pleasant especially the barman and restaurant staff. On our early morning departure at 5 am the night porter made us coffee which was very much appreciated. The downside to this hotel was that the... More
