have stayed in this hotel twice, the location is very good, 10 minute walk to the slopes. a wide choice of canned baby food in the restaurant the food for adults and older children is not very tasty or at all varied, a bit of a problem to actually get a child to eat anything except for french fries. the... We have just returned from the hagleitner hotel last week and were seriously impressed . The food was amazing , staff couldn't do enough for us ( granted it was quiet ) and it was super clean . It is v close to areitbahn gondola and the whole family skiing experience was very easy compared to France last year .... More

Just arrived back from this lovely hotel. It's our second time to visit the Hagleitner in the summer and we call it our 'well kept secret'! Delightfully clean, the hotel was full but did not feel busy. Very friendly, lovely food, service, reception all well trained and go 'the extra mile'. The key thing that this hotel does in a... More

We stayed in this hotel last year when it was known as the Mavida. This year the two hotel buildings have combined to form the Hagleitner. One of the buildings is very family friendly and the other part of the hotel is more adult and has a fabulous adult only spa. We stayed in the adult only part of the... More

I stayed here for two nights in Feb 2013 and must say the hotel and my room itself was fantastic. I can see how this hotel has one design award, the size of the rooms and the positioning of every piece of furniture has been very carefully planned and executed to ensure ease of use. I only used the hotel... More

There are two parts of the hotel, the family hotel directed at families with kids and the balance hotel (formerly marketed under MAVIDA). You need to keep this in mind when reading reviews and making a booking. We were happy with our stay, the services offered, pleasant and not crowded spa and the access to nearby skiing. The restaurant is... More

This hotel is a kinderhotel so means that its for people with young kids. That can lead to lots of noise and sometimes having other peoples children (or even parents) wandering by in their swimming trunks and bathrobes when you are having your evening dinner. If you like that kind if environment then this is a great place. If you... More

We liked the total child friendliness of the hotel, its setup and the fact that kids can be taken to and picked up from the kiddies club at any time between opening hours without prior notice. Staff in the club was very encouraging and seemed genuinely to like their work and children in general, something that is not always that... More

Having read the review "May work for many..." I thought I should write a review and say that I agree, if total kid focused holiday is not what you are after then the Hagleitner is certainly not the place for you. If however you love the Kinderhotel concept then it is a very good place to holiday. Granted the location... More
