me and my hosbond and 2 freinds were there from 27.07. - 29.07.09.

the service was very very bad. In the rastaurant we could not ask for sitting outside. One of the days we were playing golf, and we hd an appointment with the reception about haveing dinner about 20.30. When we came home we could not have anything. The waiter i restaurant only said, that they did not now the appointment. There was a very nice lady in the reception, but she could not du anything, the waiter would not listen to her.
We will never be back, and we cannot recommend this hotel to anybody more

We stayed in the See Villa (newer bit) as we paid a small amount extra each but it was well worth it for a modern spacious room. All the rooms have balconies overlooking the lake.
We stayed half board and were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't all buffet food but really lovely Austrian meals that we picked each morning at breakfast.
The staff are very friendly and made every effort to make us feel welcome.
Only slight downside - it's a 10 min walk (with skis) but they provide a free taxi to the slopes in the morning at 8.45, 9 or 9.15. more
