Just came back from a week stay in Villa Klothilde. If I skip first two hours I may say it was really good, pension is good located, our room was nice, clean and quite spacious. Breakfasts were also Ok, but...I booked superior room and got keys to standard room (there was price difference between these two types). When I noticed that... More

Mr. Lukas, you got 2 keys for 2 rooms Superior, which do look a little different, that is right! But you got the one you prefered and you seemed happy during your stay! We guaranteed a free parking just in front of our house, which is not obligatory in the center of Zell am See, which you used for the... More

I spent here some days during my ski break and I fund it a very good hotel due to its excellent location near the center and the ski slopes, I met very friendly staff.. The room was quite small but comfortable and very clean. good breakfast...

My husband and I stayed there for 1 week in January 2014. We went skiing. Villa Klothilde is very well located, very close to city center and train station where the ski bus had a stop. They staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very small, but cosy and clean (as the entire Villa).. As a problem, the... More

I stayed at the Villa Klothilde recently when on a ski trip to Zell am see and I found it to be an excellent hotel. While I have booked single rooms at other resorts and found them to be dated and cramped, the room I had at the Villa Klothilde, while compact, was lovely with a very spacious and modern... More

My husband and I took our first trip to Germany and Austria this fall and were fortunate to be a guest at Villa Klothilde! I can't say enough wonderful things about the hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the room was large and beautifully decorated and the breakfast room with their buffet was fantastic, to say the least.... More

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Klothilde in December 2013 and it was fantastic. We were given a very warm welcome and the unit we stayed in had everything we needed from a fridge and microwave right through to a dishwasher. The rooms were very big and comfortable. Especially nice was the ability to have access to the freee wifi... More

I recently stayed there, and even though the staff is nice and the town is superb this little pension is not what it seems on the website. The rooms are not as nice as they look like and it is very loud! Kids cannot sleep in this pension. Would go back to Zell am See, but would choose different accommodation.

Please be so fair and tell us who you are! We cannot remember having a guest who was that disappointed staying with us for that time! All bookable rooms are shown by picture and you are welcome to choose the cathegory! If you are not happy with your choice we always do our best to change you into another room.... More

Just had spent 2 nights here. The receptionist was very cheerful and extremely helpful. Had booked a comfort room after exploring the pictures on the website but the actual room wasn't anything like it. Was too noisy, could easily hear people from the next room talking and banging doors. Overall I must say its a nice location but could have... More

The other reviews pretty much sum it up. The only thing I'd add is that the rooms have been redecorated since the pictures on TripAdvisor, and they are now very stylish while still being comfortable. Best value by far we've had for lodging during our two months in Austria.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Villa Klothilde in Zell am See in mid June. We used the hotel as a base to drive the Gross Glockner road and explore Kapran and the surrounding area. The town and the lake are beautiful and the Villa Klothilde was centrally located. Our room was large and comfortable and the staff were... More
