Hotel rooms were big, clean and well fitted out. The view was poor. Facilities such as sauna were excellent. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was excellent. Wine was expensive. The hotel in general was exactly what I would expect from a 4 star austrian ski hotel. Great location and the staff made the holiday. Thumbs up. more

This hotel is in a great position in the town centre with tables outside where you can eat and drink and watch the world go by. My single room was quite spacious and the shower was super. This is not a four star hotel in any way! The hotel rooms are at best a BASIC Three star. The bedroom beds are hard, the are two very small bathroom towels and the tv only has one english chanel and even on the german chanels won't pick up reception so it may as well be advertised as not having... more

Fantastic location in the centre of Zell am See. We had a room with a balcony which was lovely to sit out on a summer's night. The room was modern, clean and spacious.
