We stayed here for a night driving thought the Alps. Car park was small but we got a space. There was building work right next door which wasn't advertised when we booked. As we only stayed one night and we're up early it wasn't a problem for us. We were upgraded to one of the rooms on the top floor... More

We arrived late at night with no reservation and the reservation was getting close by then, but the friendly staff help us out to check in and show us the room. It was more than expected, big beds and hallways, clean linen. The hotel is located very close to town and the main attractions. For the ones that look for... More

First impressions not good - huge crane in the car park and lots of noise from the building site. Unkempt garden area and limited parking. First room allocated was Room 100 which was tiny with scuff marks on the paintwork, a 12 inch TV that didn't work, a shower that was alternately too hot or too cold. On the plus... More

The hotel is well situated, with in easy walking distance of all amenities. We had a nice room on the front with a balcony and a lake view. The room was very spacious compared to other hotels we stayed in on our tour of Austria, however the decor was a bit tired and dated, although very clean. The breakfast choice... More

This hotel is well located just 5 minutes walk from the train station and near to the centre of town, less than five minutes again. There is building work going on at the moment with a new hotel next to the hotel. But than didn't interfere with any aspect of the stay, we were woken up by church bells most... More

We stayed at this hotel for a few days in March this year and the overall experience was mixed. The good points first, Location - you couldn't be much closer to the ski slopes. We walked and it took no more than 5 - 10 minutes and that was in ski boots! No need to wait for the ski bus.... More

Everything about this hotel makes it the most attractive place to head to for holidays. The ladies give maximum service with super friendliness. They achieve above and beyond the usual standads of service and made our holidays the best we had ever had. The rooms are clean and exactly what we expected. Beds are super comfy. Rooms quiet. Super close... More

I recently stayed at this hotel together with my wife for a skiing holiday. We dropped in, in passing as our original accommodation which we had booked at Haus Maria in Bruck was unlivable. The staff and owner of this hotel were extreamly welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. My wife... More

This hotel was fantastic. The women running the hotel were extremely friendly. The rooms were simple but adequate. Breakfasts were fantastic, especially before a long day of skiing. The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk from the main chairlift or the main bus station to access the other mountains. All the restaurants and the main town are across... More

This hotel had the best service I have ever had. We planned to take a hike that we needed to buy lift tickets for and the hotel offered to go buy them for us as were would be getting in too late to purchase them for the next day. They had to drive 30 minutes to purchase them for us.... More
