Our 4th visit. Daniella and her staff are the friendliest and most obliging you could wish to find. Our room is well appointed, spacious and airy and was well serviced throughout our 10 day stay. The dining room is excellent with hot breakfast cooked to order in your view alongside a first class alpine buffet, the five course dinner has... more

We spent a week at this delightful hotel. The owners and staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was excellent and varied. The owners and staff create a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere and the fact that the family have their meals in the restaurant speaks volumes. We enjoyed... more

I have recently returned from a ski-ing holiday and would like to highly recommend this hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable with lovely views from the front of the hotel. The food was fantastic even my picky daughter was tucking into the delicious meals. After ski-ing we would return to the hotel for an afternoon snack before spending a lovely... more

Just come back from an amazing skiing trip. St George is fantastic, Karl in the bar was so accommodating and Mike the receptionist was just brilliant. To see the owners themselves eat in the restaurant every night with their 2 children says it all. Its our first time at St Georg as we normally stay at the Stadtwien across the... more

This is our second visit to the St Georg Hotel for a skiing holiday. It is a fantastic family run hotel who's staff excel in making sure you are happy. When ever you ask them for something they always deliver. The rooms are great, this year our bathroom has been redecorated. The hotel is minutes away for the City express... more

What a fabulous welcome i received after a long trip on the train from Vienna with my horrendously heavy suitcase (only the stairs to the main entrance i could have done without). I had a fantastic room with a balcony and view of the church opposite. Just like a snowy fairytale postcard picture. The staff here, particularly Mike and Heidi... more

Booked this hotel via crystal holidays and having read reviews on tripadvisor. Very glad that we booked this charming, comfortable and welcoming hotel. Lovely inside with good food and very friendly staff. They catered very well with my husbands gluten free diet even providing packed lunches made with gluten free bread. Found noise of stream which runs outside the front... more

we stayed at this hotel because of the "extras" free packed lunch (pre book night before) free excursion to Grosglocner, free hire of cycles free glass of wine with evening meal. We didnt pay any extra for a front bedroom with balcony but please ask and if necessary pay the extra as the back rooms are dark with no outlook.... more

Position ideal as quiet yet still close to amenities. Be sure to ask for a front room as we were in the back and there is no view bar trees 10 feet from the window making the room very dark. Food and service good but there is no 'free' water to accompany meals which is not good. Pool area sufficient... more
