Booked this hotel via crystal holidays and having read reviews on tripadvisor. Very glad that we booked this charming, comfortable and welcoming hotel. we stayed at this hotel because of the "extras" free packed lunch (pre book night before) free excursion to Grosglocner, free hire of cycles free glass of wine with evening meal. We didnt pay any extra for a front bedroom with balcony but please ask and if necessary pay the extra as the back rooms are dark with no outlook.... more

Position ideal as quiet yet still close to amenities. Be sure to ask for a front room as we were in the back and there is no view bar trees 10 feet from the window making the room very dark.
