We left the hotel feeling well and truly spoilt. Beautiful room, wonderful food, friendly staff and relaxing spa. Facilities in the room to make a cup of tea in the morning would've been lovely but I guess that's just a British ideal. The lift is a bit slow and the trek to the boot room involves 21 stairs but I'm... More

Having been on quite a few skiing holidays before but never an all inclusive one before, was a bit wary of what to expect with this holiday, but it turned out we didn't need to worry! We had read a report on here before went that said the food was the right side of pretentious and that we will agree... More

Three friends and I just spent a long ski weekend here (With Nielsen Ski Holidays -- amazing company) and had a fantastic time. Great staff – Ollie and Elvis in the bar, José and Seb in the dining room and a big, dopey, yellow labrador in the lobby (I'm not being rude about the reception team, there really was a... More

We have just returned from a weeks Skiing trip with our family 6 adults and 1 Child and could not have asked for a better hotel. Fabulous facilities that is equally matched with the Fantatsic friendly and caring Staff. We would highly recommend a stay at the Alpinresort Sport & Spa. Chico the Golden Retriever is also very cute 🐶

Just got back from a wonderful stay at the Alpinresort. The hotel is fantastic with a couple of niggles (see below). We were "inclusive". The food was awesome, fresh, local and well cooked (not a messy heap of buffet that you get on some deals). The food changed every night and lunchtime, breakfast was an awesome buffet. The beer and wine... More

Dear "GrumpyOderTroll" Thank you for your good review. We are happy that you enjoyed our all inclusive services and friendly staff. It is correct, that you get locked off the WIFI after not using it for 300 minutes (5hrs). The reason is to keep it faster, otherwise after some time we would have innumerous devices logged on. The AlpinSpa has... More

Stayed here Feb 2015, two families with 5 kids between us. Can't really fault the hotel at all. We had a non-refurbished room, and while we were a little envious of the contemporary refurbished rooms we saw, our room was more than adequate with a large bathroom and plenty of room for the double sofa bed which was already made... We had read the reviews on the Alpin Resort and all were very positive, now we can see why. The hotel is lovely, large enough for areas to not get too busy but small enough to still get a personal service. The all inclusive basis is brilliant and alcohol is available until 12pm every night (after that you can pay).... More

Stayed 10 nights early Feb. 1st class. Relaxed atmosphere, great food and lovely service. All areas spotless and welcoming. It's the small touches that count, decent toiletries, soft drinks in the minibar, peanuts on the bar in the evening that all give that bit extra. Although our kids are older, we noticed it was an excellent place for small kids.... More

Fantastic clean Hotel with First Class Spa facilities and food. Our package was all inclusive and we were plied with food and drink all week … no holding back! Having said that, no drunken idiots spoiling what was a fantastic atmosphere. Beautiful outdoor pool, and the skiing wasn't bad either

This is a great hotel! The central postion in Saalbach makes it ideal as you are only minutes away from the ski lifts and other amenities and Saalbach is a supremely pretty alpine village. The hotel is really well appointed - the spa and indoor/ outdoor pool are a definite bonus as most other hotels in the area do not have...
