We have stayed at this hotel twice and will return. It's main selling points are its excellent wellness area, central location and its cool and minimalist interior. This is a very good 4* hotel and the decor is very funky. The rooms are really nice and the food is excellent too. The wellness area here is fantastic and is probably... More

Very nice hotel with all the amenities rather let down by poor staff and very slow service. 20 minute wait for service the first night in the restaurant and regular long waits at the bar. A shame as it lets down what would otherwise have been a very good hotel.

Not a typical ski hotel but it does the job well. Short walk to ski lift, good boot/ski room. Comfortable room with shower rather than a bath, however, there is an excellent spa to soothe any aches and pains. Vast choice at breakfast. Dinners were very good, although choice was limited. Wine list was all Austrian and a bit pricey.... More

We have stayed in the Karawanserai twice now during the RAF Ski Champs. The hotel is large, with good facilities and is right at the heart of Hinterglemm's nightlife. Breakfasts are buffet style with plenty of choice but evening meals are good quality but limited in choice. The frustrating thing is that they don't offer B&B as we tend to... More

This really is a fantastic place to stay. The, rooms, service and food maintained it's high standard from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The rooms were clean, tidy and very comfortable. The food was lovely and had a good variety throughout the week. Breakfast is a buffet and has something for everyone. At breakfast your given... More

The hotel looks good and modern, oriental smell from oils and condimenta which I loved. The rooms if you have view to the front are very nice and also some have gel fireplace. The food is not very various but nicely presented and its nice that dinner is served at your table, just starter is buffet. The spa is lovely,... More

Let me start with the hotel location - 5 mins walk to the lifts which is easily manageable. Hotel rooms are immaculate and modern, great size bathroom and comfortable beds. Food is first class, generally you find these hotels to supply bad food ... The food was great and even provided consommé soup which we were surprised. Breakfast was nice... More

We had very high expectations for the hotel, other reviews were excellent so it was great to have our expectations exceeded by so much. From the welcome at reception, brilliant waiting staff (especially Phillip) and our ski safari guide Tom, everyone made it a great hotel and a great holiday. Additionally our room was perfect, large and airy with plenty... More

I wanted to go skiing in Europe for a long time and my brother recommended this place. Its proximity to the slopes and its first rate restaurant made it ideal for me and my daughter. We had half-board which meant that breakfast and lunch were included. The meals themselves were worth the price of the room! The restaurant is first... More

Visited the spa with my daughters. We were not residents, but we were made to feel very welcome. It was a very comfortsble spa with an indoor.outdoor pool. several saunas;steam rooms, rest rooms, showers and treatments. We paid 35 euros for as long as we wanted to stay and then had treatments on top, which were not overpriced. Thoroughly recommend
