A very nice, modern (we had the black&white suite) hotel with friendly staff. Also interesting to visit in summer because of the outdoor activities. The food is delicious and there's a lot of variety, the breakfast was included and we also got a late afternoon snack. Wifi in room was great and free of charge. There's a valet parkingservice 12€/night.

A little late in my review as we stayed here from the 7th-14th March on a skiing holiday. The hotel, staff, facilicities are superb. My wife and I visited with our 2 friends who were new to skiing.....and they loved it. The hotel within the village could not be better placed, overseeing all, but next to ski lift. Beginners will... Having had a wonderful time at the Alpine Palace in January, we decided to return for a second skiing trip in March. We were not disappointed. We had a wonderful time, even being upgraded to the 5 star wing for (unfortunately) just the last night as our room was needed for a large party. As on the four previous occasions... More

we stayed here 1st week in march for a skiing holiday traveling with Nielson. The hotel is in a good location 50 metres from the lift . We were allocated a 3 * room , I knew this when I booked so wasn't expecting anything top notch , what I didn't expect was something that resembled a 1970s gypsy caravan... More

The suite I booked was luxurious, big, very clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel every evening and food was absolutely delicious and perfect, so was during breakfast. I'll definitely come back again.

The Alpine Palace is set at the base of the slopes in Hinterglemm and is truly a 5* hotel not just a local rating. The food, service, standard of rooms and the public areas are second to none. From the moment you arrive to the moment it comes to reluctantly leave, the service from the staff at the hotel is... More

This is our second visit to the alpine palace, this time as a family. The Good. Excellent food, service and spa. A 5 course meal every night and the Staff were exceptional in catering for our 7yr old son. The Bad. We stayed in the Wolf supposedly 3* part. The room was a small double in which they shoe horned... Just got back from a weeks skiing, March 7th to 14th 2015.Facilities at this hotel are fabulous. The Spa area with it's outdoor pool and jacuzzi make for a brilliant place to relax after a hard days skiing whilst you look out onto the snow covered slopes. But it offers so much more too, relaxing water beds, hot beds, steam... More

This was the second time in just over a month to visit this hotel, in January with a group of mates and last week with my wife. If I'm honest such a 5star joint would not be within my budget but the unbelievable deals on both occasions offered by Neilsons was a bargain not to be missed. On both occasions... More

Amazing staff, fantastic food. They catered to my food allergies effortlessly. Very friendly staff everywhere. Amazing spa and amazing detail to attention. They really care about you. Even when I ripped my big toenail skiing the spa looked after me better than the doctors. We stayed in the older 3* part of the hotel which had a smaller room and... More
