For a number of years now my wife and I have enjoyed the hospitality, service and comfort at this hotel. In August this year our two weekly stay yet again lived up to the standards we have come to expect and I would venture even exceeded past performances. The Hotel staff are to say the least very helpful and efficient in... More

be careful hotel's housekeeping is stealing, very rude receptionist not helpful, not tasty salad buffet, old fashioned rooms, very different standard of rooms, not good location far away from ski-lifts

Stayed here as part of a snowboarding/skiing trip with friends in early March. Mix up over room booking when we got there but this was sorted out relatively quickly. It would be worth confirming your room in advance just in case. Other than that, very friendly service from all the staff, the half board was great - extensive breakfast and... More

Just returned from this hotel. I would like to give an honest opinion having traveled to Austria a few times over the years. On arrival, the hotel certainly looks the part, very attractive and a lovely setting. We had booked a junior suite and were given keys to a room on the third floor. When we walked in, the room... We went there in a business trip but chance made it to be both of us so we got a junior suite with the view to the mountains. What can I say, breakfasts were great, dinners were perfect and the service was absolutely lovely.

We stayed in this hotel while our ski vacation. It is a nice hotel, very clean and cosy. Though it is a bit far from the ski lifts (about 10 min. Walk), and there are a lot of hotels which are much closer. Breakfast was good the the staff was very nice and helpful. Nice spa, although the pool's water... More

Great hotel in a fabulous setting. I'm certain to return to it on a future visit to Mayrhofen. The hotel is perfectly located with great facilities including an indoor heated pool. The biggest downside for me was the condition of the room and some dated features. The shower door was unhinged, the safe was too small, the was no plug... More

Just returned from a week staying here. The hotel is lovely, good location (about a 10 minute walk to the penken lift) and the ski bus stop is out the front of the hotel. We stayed half board, the food was lovely and our waiter was great, in particular the breakfast buffet sets you up well for the day! The... More

Great hotel. Me, my wife and our son were for a week in January 2013 for alpine skiing. Service is excellent - both reception and restaurant. Food - excellent, especially dinner, where five course menu plus a selection of main dish. Ski bus stop - about 30 meters. WiFi is not free, but for 25 euros a week - quite... More

We stayed here for a week in July, the hotel was fantastic, and every member of staff was friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed Inga's drinks! Food was first class, room beautiful, and views to enjoy all day.
